Dear Fellow Viewer & reader , Welcome to yet another edition of DC, do u even need to know how i liked the episode .. hmmm.. ooh .. dori khuli .. dil machla .. dori bandhi ..dil dhadka .. .. an episode packed with tons of passion .. an episode packed with oodles of fun & frolic .. but in the background of some major intrigue & some major drama .. but ..isnt that what makes an episode of IPK ..

She wanted to see him dance .. She wanted to see her mark on him .. just like she was marking her hands with his love ..

He wanted to be with her .. & spend the nite gazing at his perfect dream .. his hearts desire ..

They are in love dammit .. 😉

she was dancing with her family .. surrounded by her loved ones .. but missing the one she loved the most .. he comes in the room to look for her .. sees her dancing .. & then his eyes fall on her choli .. the dori of her choli was undone ..

she turns around .. sees him ... beckons him to come dance once atleast with her .. with her eyes .. her whole being was in this gesture ..

he says no ..but beckons her with his eyes .. calling her to him .. she surreptitiously swept the room then slinked away to be with him ..

She reached him .. asking him with a look . why he had becknoed her .. he is lost in her .. she brings him back to the present .. KYA?

he tries to catch hold of her arm but she raises them .. & through a glance shows him her hands were henna ridden .. ( they were marked with his love)

he looks at her .. smiles .. & then does what ( oh yea we all wanted him to do) .. pulls her by the waist .. pulls her to him .. close ..

the festivities the rituals .. which were only being conducted to proclaim she was his .. but .. he pulls her close .. to him .. claiming her as his ..

she struggles .. saying .. "Yeh aap kya kar rahe hai ?? chodiye chodiye"

He holds her struggles ... so she does not spoil her mehendi .

Looks at her .. & asks the Question ... REALLY ?????

by any stretch of imagination this is one of the most tried & tested scene ... bollywood has used this scene in so many of its flicks .. but .. but .. but .. for me this scene stood out.. for the small touches in it .. the continuity .. the thot behind it .. the absolutely bang on expressions .. the latent passion in it ..

when she first arrives to him .. & he is trying to hold her hand .. she shows him her hands .. showing that they had henna .. & he dare not MAAR the henna by himself ...

when he pulls her to him & she is struggling .. He holds her hands away .. to stop them from spoiling .. & shows it to her .. I will NOT let any thing MAAR U .. because i am going to keep u close to me ..

Once in the past .. her dori had come undone .. but then he was the possessive lover .. so he hid her from lustful eyes .. BUT today she is HIS .. so he not only takes her away from "lustful" eyes .. but also puts her back together .. remember the RM scene with buaji .. APNE PATNI KO HAATH LAGAANE KI IJAAZAT MAINE KISSI KO NAHI DI HAI ..

toh .. dori bandhne .. kisse kyon deta .. ( then how would he ask anyone else to tie the dori 😉)

have u ever wondered why Arnav always FB'd Khushi in Shyam's arms .. what was the pal that was Chaapa hua in Arnav's mind .. yes it was Khushi in Shyam's arms .. the jilted thwarted lover reacted first .. the brother later 😃

She struggles in his hold ... & when he looks at her & asks her .. REALLY ?

( honestly i got up & did a jig on this one) .. FINALLY he called her BLUFF !!!!

He knows she wants him .. he knows she loves him .. he knows the struggling is all an act .. so he calls her bluff .. & says REALLY ..

Now guys please pause here .. look at Arnav's expression .. its so bang on .. the pull .. the look .. the really ( the inflection in his voice in the ReallY) was absolutely a scene stealer for me ..)

Now look at Khushi .. her shock of being pulled this close .. the token struggle .. & finally the bluff being called .. look at the myraid expressions . conveying this .. i love the acknowledgement she gives by first looking at the way he saved her mehendi ( uff) ... then lowering her eyes .. & then a small sweet smile ..

Then they both look at each other lost .. its Rabba Vey time .. they both have acknowledged .. they r in love .. yes .. but today they acknowledged their DESIRE for each other .. hmm arnav .. had always expressed .. but today .. lady bug did too .. 😳 seriously Rabba Vey Rabba Vey ...

he moved her around slowly ..moving his hands on her body .. he turned her around .. while bringing his hands towards her back .. he rubs her mehendi .. he moves his hands caressingly on her almost bare shoulders .. she is gasping .. her whole being is awakened by his touch .. she was at that moment ready to succumb to his desire ..

when she felt his hands move to tie her Dori .. she comes out of her reverie .. & looks back to see him tying the ties that "BIND".. tying the laces of her choli .. she smiles . she is touched .. once again he has stolen a march over her .. once again the he stole her heart .. once again he won her over ..

she turns around now .. to look at him .. he smiles at her .. she looks in his eyes .. he bends his head .. to kiss her .. she moves behind .. & then steps away .. only to turn back & smile at him ..

he raises his hands & shows her the mehendi .. he was marked tonite to .. she is overwhelmed .. once again .. he has done it .. he has done it for her ..she runs to him .. & hugs him .. they both loose each other in the embrace .. then she pulls back .. smiles at him .. acknowledging .. & challenging him to complete what he set out to do for her .. & with her impish smile runs away from there .. looking back to see if he followed her ...

hmm let me come out of this scene guys gimme a moment .. i am sure u need it to ...

did u wonder what was in this shot that touched us so much .. yes ofcourse there was rabba vey .. there was oodles of passion .. but for me this scene was made a masterpiece for the subtle storytelling that was at play .. not a single word . but a story told .. but tell me did u miss the words .. no ofcourse not .. coz .. TRUE LOVE .. needs NO WORDS ..

Lets c how it starts .. he is moving his hands all over her body .. he caressingly glances her hips .. he caressingly touches her shoulders .. he caressingly touches her back .. & ties the dori .. but the moment the dori is tied .. he is not touching her anymore .. pls pause & see this ..

when he moves her to tie the dori he is all over her ... but when she turns around after the dori is tied there is no physical contact ..

He had asked her a question .. REALLY ?? do u still not want to acknowledge the desire .. while she kept her eyes lowered .. the harvard brains thot of establishing status quo .. so he pushes the envelope a bit & grasps the advantage .. awakens the desire .. makes her acknowledge it .. makes her loose herself to it .. makes her succumb to it .. & look at the way he keeps seeing her loose herself .. more & more .. & when he sees her all his .. he releases her from the spell ..

Then she realises .. he did not just call her for a clinch .. he called her to tie the dori .. she is touched .. she is once again blown away by the gesture of love .. of possession ..

She turns around .. looks at him with love shining from her eyes .. he had released her from his spell .. only to fall prey now .. he bends towards her for a kiss almost as if he is drawn by some force .. & she releases him from her spell .. steps back ..

If u have read me in the past i have always maintained the love story of Khushi & Arnav can be defined by one simple sentence " aapko Farak kyon Padta hai " ?? this is love story is about a challenge .. their love will be a challenge .. their way of love then has to be a challenge as well .. in simple terms .. the love story is spar & parry

So he got her under his spell .. & let her go .. She got him under her spell & the released him .. NOW . NOW .. pls pause at the smiling expressions .. i'll tell u when .. first when he ties her dori .. look at the way he is looking at her .. noticing the way her body is shaking with desire .. then once he finishes tying the dori .. pause at his small smile .. it says it all ..

Now look at khushi ..when she turns around .. she looks deep into his eyes .. when he bends .. & first she looks at his lips almost invitingly .. then once he is under her spell .. she smiles & steps back ... pause here .. look at Khushi its all there in the impish smile ..

This is all about flirting .. he flirts with her & she flirts right back .. 😳 game on ...

Then she moves off turns back to see & arnav raises his hands to show the mehendi mark ..

Now i am hoping u guys caught the mehendi putting manoeuvre of Arnav .. when he is turning her around .. he rubs his palms on her mehendi slightly at the edge .. to take a bit on his hands ( pls watch this one )

Now .. arnav singh raizada could have put mehendi in his hands for his woman in a myraid of ways .. so why did he choose this .. it was a simple ... mere rang mein rangne waali moment .. his name on her hand proclaimed her as his .. so u have to counter give the right ... so he gives her the right to ownership .. today .. here it is .. I AM YOURS FROM NOW .. u have marked me as urs .. i loved the solemn look on his face when he raises his hands to show her .. i love that he acknowledges ur every wish is my command .. 😃 & like i said .. its all about the smile on KHUSHi's face for arnav .. 😳

( on a lighter note ..an old ladies tale : ( not relevant) if a girl who is getting married .. her mehendi laden hands mark another unmarried person & the mehendi leaves a mark that person also gets married soon 😉)

she is overwhelmed once again .. over come by his gesture & his absolute unmoving love for her .. she Runs to him & hugs him .. .. he smiles & Hugs her right back .. now she once again acknowledges how much his gesture meant to her .. how much his depth of love touches her .. how much his gesture of changing for her touches her .. how much his need to make her happy & smile always means to her ..

Now the game is off .. this is real .. this not the challenge .. but the love .. so she goes to him HUGS him .. & they share a sweet pure romantic moment to acknowledge a sweet pure romantic moment ..

But the imp is right there .. the challenge can be dormant for a while . but it arises in a split second .. so she runs away .. with that challenging impish smile .. almost goading him to follow .. now she is ambitious she also wants to see him dance .. He smiles right back .. yea baby i can give u that as well ..

Now my dear reader .. i want to ask you .. in such a brilliantly perfect moment .. where would the kiss have fit in .. Please did u guys forget this is the wooing track .. this is was flirting .. kiss toh hoga .. but abhi .. Thoda sa thairo .. 😳 but take a bow GUL KHAN .. i wud never have imagined such a brilliant closure to the Kitchen scene during Payash wedding .. superb lady superb ..

Now as i end this part of the post i want to sum up their love story for u .. in the verses of the song i started with ..

In my yesterdays post i asked you guys a question .. why is it that at the end of every rasam we are being told that this rasam has been done .. what was the reason for this .. we as audience are already cognisant of this fact .. then why is the maker hammering this in ??

Now today another question popped in my mind .. at the end of every rasam .. we have had a private moment between the leads .. during the shagun .. he whisks her away in front of his family to her room .. to have private moment with her ..

at the end of the engagement ceremony .. he whisks her to the poolside of his bedroom to have a moment with her .. a teritorial passionate moment with her

tonite once again he caught her in a passionate clinch in a private moment .. & in between all these rasams the had the most poignantly beautiful date ...

all these private moments have brought them closer .. opened the other person in front of the other .. opened the love & depth of feelings .. THIS has been highlighted moments .. highlighted for the audience ..

My question is ... lets stop to ponder .. all these moments .. & then wonder about the myriad spoilers .. 😉

Also very interestingly .. at the end of the 2 main rasams .. engagement & todays mehendi . when anji di was a bit down .. Arnav calls out to Khushi to be by Anji side .. NOW i want to ask u to pause & wonder why ??

Do u know since they are back from the kidnapping .. the only time they have really fought or Arnav has made her cry is the time when he accused her post Anji attempted Suicide .. he... post kidnapping never countered the command of nani not to let Khushi near Anji .. ( which ired a lot of fans i know) ..

NOw .. guys sit back & put this together .. was there a better way for Arnav to tell her sorry for that day .. ( when they fought) is there any other way for Arnav to tell her i trust u with my Di .. my biggest achiles heel or my biggest weakness

If time permits ..or my mind works i will write about the Garima equation ... & shyam anji hide & seek play .. but till then u can head down .. Madhu (girl of fire) .. will be covering the same in full details ..

A really warm episode'Seemed to be a pure 180 from the almost dowdy episode served yesterday!!Yeah..I was one disappointed punkha yesterday'.But today'.Gul jee'Hum aapse I love You Dammit!!😆

No wonder we love this couple'The undeniable charm that they serve us on silver platter whenever they are in the same frame..is sure to set our hearts racing!!And so it does..Whether it's a minute long blink and miss scene or 10 min long passionate rendezvouz'..time and again..they cast a spell on us audience that leaves us asking for more!!

I'll touch the points'rather the scenes..one by one..that once again'.left me all grinning..ear to ear'.

Scene 1😃

Arnav is enjoying a small flirt session with his wife/fiance/life/lioness,the affection limpid in his eyes and so is the naughty glow in his caramel eyes..The usual debonair attitude'that can even make Gods weak in their knees..khushi's a mere mortal(Thank God for small mercies..BS seems to have trimmed his hair☺️..or is it an optical illusion🤔??!!..Anyway..his hair looked decent and that's my best B'day gift!🥳)..Khushi's flustered and happy'her face glowing😳'The two seemed immaculate,din't they??👍🏼Then NK appears in the scene..with his Hinglish and promises Khushi that he'll make ASR dance..Arnav refuses..in his usual tone..He is not gonna dance..and leaves the place..leaving behind a little disappointed Khushi!!

Scene 2😳

The evening fiesta starts'All are lost in the happy world..dancing away into the night'Loud music,Rasam of Mehndi,the bride in her zany self..the concoction seems deadly..But yeah..one thing is sure missing'Her knight in shining rmour is nowhere around'.And THIS Khushi can't enjoy the happy ongoings anymore..The eyes keep looking for her man'her life..the reason of her being these days'.

Scene 3

Enter ASR'a proud husband/fianc'He's caught in her beauty..He's bowled over again..by desires'and then suddenly he notices..her dori untied!!And the fiercely protective and possessive man in him is disturbed..at once!!During Payash marriage..I hope that's fresh in our memories'He had seen her dori open'he had felt disturbed even then..But he couldn't do anything'He had the right to tie that..Khushi would never have objected..But ASR being the perfect gentleman had refrained from doing that.But today he is the husband..he has every right over her!!So he calls her..without uttering a word..true to his nature..but the commanding tone fiendishly evident in his eyes..that no one can ignore..Let alone Khushi!!So a tad bit surprised and a lot excited Khushi sets out to follow him!!😃

SCENE OF THE DAY!!😃

He's waiting for her'confident she'd come to him'.And then she comes'confused and excited'.about what happens next!!He tries to look at her Mehndi..she resists'His usual mojo out there'rendering her helpless..and then he suddenly pulls her close to him by the waist!!☺️

*Phangul alert*'He is in throes of desire..umm..NO..They both are'.He is enjoying just gazing at her..with that lavish attraction..and she is enjoying being looked at'She feels blessed to be loved and desired by the man she could probably die for!!And then swiftly..with his suave moves..his hands reach her dori'She is flummoxed'the desires have an upper hand now'for HER..while he is slowly tying her dori..passionately..well that's his earmark..isn't it??She realizes he's actually tying her dori..and that fear suddenly changes into relief and trust..Her man is there for her'always shielding her..What more can a girl ask for??She smiles'But his passion is still there..very much'he leans forward to kiss her'but Khushi trying to be the coy bride smiles and moves away!!

Just to say..I loved,loved,loved..SI's and BS's expressions here👏...They seemed to be ineffable in the scene!!😳

Scene 5😳

She looks back..typical of them'and sees him'a little morose'and then he shows off his hand..and that tiny Mehndi mark on it'She is overwhelmed'.The man who can do anything for her..is LITERALLY performing every ritual'She can't hold herself back'runs to him and hugs him tightly'while he is finally feeling blessed..for the fact that he finally belongs somewhere..someone he can call his own'.Who doesn't expects a zilch from him..But Who loves him for everything he is'He hugs her back'and they both are lost in each other for what it seems an eternity!!😳

Scene 6

The light goes off..and ASR is worried'He's worried about his pregnant Di and then at once he suddenly calls out Khushi's name'.to check if she's okay'I simply loved that scene..A small scene but conveying the nature of ArHi relationship now'He is too protective about Khushi now..to let any harm come to her!!😃

Scene 7

ASR dancing'.Kudos to BS for being in character so much'ASR is dancing..Just because his Khushi wants him to'He's clumsy,he's awkward..he cannot dance..But he still tries..Because then Khushi would be happy..because he wants to give her every happiness in the world'Because he can't see her morose..not for a millisecond!!They dance together'.His hands around her waist..the comfort level fabulous between the two..Happiness writ large on both of their faces'.the two basking in each other's warm presence'.Their face aglow with dreams of the future😊

In all another beautiful Arhilicious episode..I enjoyed it..👏

But then my long post would seem a bit short if I don't post a few more things'😆

1.The SCENE OF THE DAY'A lot of people seem to be a little disappointed'with Barun's alleged awkwardness'.I don't want to delve much into the debate as to whose fault it was..But let's just say both the director and the actor needs to work on intimate scenes'Not much..BS is bang on with his expressions'Just a pint-sized complaint from this punkha!!😳

2.I know..Shyam is an evil..a liar..a lech..a murderer'But don't make him look silly'What was the need of the flashbacks of the scenes we had just yesterday??Why such major mistakes..everyday??!!😕

3.STOP MUTILATING ANJI'S CHARACTER'Puhleej..Already the damage has been done..Come on'.Now she's messing with the electricity'.How far can she go backstabbing her brother'.She's a porcelain doll,the epitome of weirdness as far as her baby bumps are concerned,a liar,manipulator and now this??!!

4.I don't care whether the wedding is happening..You guys are the same people who gave us the iconic 4^th promo or the Diwali or Teri-Meri promo'.So buckle up'.give us one sensible promo..We as fans deserve this'.Please don't be lost in the anonymity of "mediocrity"...The show has everything to rule the TRP charts.and that too with an elan..Then why such laxity??

I just want to say..CV's/PH ..this show is your daal-roti/Bread butter/Anna data'but for us it's a pure obsession'We love the show as much as you guys do..Just don't make us feel that we love it MORE than you guys'.We might be vocal as fans..But do know'we all rant because we CARE...and so please don't let this love and loyalty go down in gutter'.

When the show started...it provided us with montage of emotions...lovely relationships..lapidary screenplay..lots of focus on nuances and details...plenty to brood on and talk about..Where are those gone now??😒

The show can still pick up steam once again'.The show has every potential to remain in the history books of Indian TV'You have a story that's no garden variety,you have a cast that's not flim-flam...Just plan it in the right manner..IS THIS TOO MUCH TO ASK??!!🤓Do think guys!!😃

And yeah...The Inexactitude of the character ASR..his moxie and his chutzpah was what drew us all to this character..Please keep that in mind while penning scenes for this character!!

Superb & Rocking Episode...totally ArHilicious😳😳😳...just what i had been hoping for today!! An amazing episode, high on Rabba Ve , full of fun & frolic, but also continuing the Drama content as Shyam was proudly carrying on with his crappy plans😕!! & finally Dadi-Garima meet did happen today, even if in Dark..but at least it did!!
Gul, love you for giving us such a fiery unadulterated ArHi dose for almost 10 minutes today🤗...Loved the Hug & what to say of the Dori scene ☺️...No words are enough...The passion, the sensuality was oozing out on screen, such a stunning scene...enough to send all of us to ArHi dreamland... simply Magical!!

The episode began with the same scene where it had ended yesterday (Thank god at least the end of this scene wasn't left to the viewers' imagination ). NK comes and tells Khushi to thank him for he brought Arnav to Mehndi...but NK when did you bring Arnav, as far as I can recall, he came by himself by the permission of Nani, so why are you taking the credit??.. anyways never mind!! So Khushi puts forward her request for Arnav that she wants to see him Dance & put Mehndi on his hand!! When she cutely requests him, he replies in a typical, yet very stylish ASR attitude & a swooning tone, "Are You Kidding me Khushi??"

He out rightly rejects the idea & vehemently denies her request by adding that there is no way he is going to put on Mehndi...Definitely Not!! However, looking at crestfallen & disappointed face of Khushi, he leaves the place immediately coz he doesn't want to give in to her request!!...Not Knowing that just in some time he himself is going to do all these things for her!
My dearest Arnav, when have your words & attitude ever worked in front of Khushi, you have always ended up fulfilling her request & doing what you had definitely rejected, So why do you even try to deny her requests 😆??

The scene moved on to how everyone is dancing & celebrating the double occasion of Godhbharai & Mehndi, Nani, Khushi, buaji, NK, akash, payal all were enjoying however khushi's eyes were still searching for her laad governor, may be with teeny tiny hope that he too would join them. However, he is standing at the side, simply smitten by the heavenly sight in front of him, Khushi happily dancing in midst of his whole family, staring at the beautiful smile on her face coz she is soon going to become his.. by every standard!!

She sees him, hopes again come alive in her eyes...requests him to join her, to dance with her, to celebrate their union with her. However, by this time he has noticed her loosened Dori, her open back. His desire filled eyes start to become protective and instead of joining her, he signals Her to come to him. She as always follows him - Ruk Na Paoon Mein Khichti Aaoon Mein..Dil ko Jab Dildaar Pukare !!

Ab to Chale Aao !!

He tries to hold her hands, but she stops him by indicating towards the Mehndi on her hands. His looks at her with eyes full of desires & love and pulls her close to him holding her by her waist!! Wow...the passion in Barun's Eyes in this scene was too intense to handle...wonderful expressions Sobti👏👏

Do Bahoon Ka Haar Pukare...

She as usual is hesitant & tries to struggle, but this time he holds her same Mehndi clad hands to ask her, "Really??" ...I simply loved this scene😳!! This Really was a very meaningful & powerful indeed!! Through this "Really?", he has unmasked their mutual desires!! By this single word, he is actually asking her that, "Really, you want me to let you go??", "Really, you don't want Me to be close to You??", bringing both of their desires & want for one another out in open!! He makes it clear to her that he knows that she is only being shy & hiding her true feelings and that she also wants him as much as he wants her!!

Hua Mujhe bhi Pyaar hua!!

She understands what he means, she blushes & smiles slowly as her acceptance of it!! She doesn't deny, neither she moves backward, but simply smiles and stares into those hypnotizing deep pools of caramels, no more shying away from him and no more hiding her feelings, desires & wants for him😳😳!! She gives in, lets her feelings loose in front of him, surrenders herself, and admitting her defeat...she acknowledges her inner feelings!! What a beautiful scene...absolutely wonderful 😳😳😳!!

Arnav passionately turns her around, & then his hand gets caressed by her mehndi design, giving his palm a Mehndi Blot, thus himself fulfilling the same wish of hers for which he had vehemently denied saying it was not possible...Definitely Not!!!

She till now has no clue about her Loosened Dori, she is shy when he turns her around, eyes closed in anticipation of his touch. However, the moment he touches her dori, he breaks her reverie. She realizes what he is doing & why had he called her in the first place. She turns around look at him, smiles how he is always there for her, to protect her, to shield her from eyes of the world...How He is her safest haven in this whole world!!

Pehle bhi Dhadkan yeh Dhun koi Gaati thi..
Par Ab jo Hota Hai Woh, Pehle Na Hota Tha!!

He ties her Dori ohh so sensually & passionately.. slowly & lovingly!! Absorbing & feeling every moment, his eyes boring into her, holding throes of passion & intensity...she blushes, shies and smiles under his heated gaze!! Wow...What a mesmerizing & breath taking scene...amazing😳😳😳!!
SaRun were excellent here.. wonderful!! Their eyes depicting the desires that Arnav & Khushi have for each other...stunning expressions, wonderful body language!! Loved them👏👏👏!!

This scene transported me back to two scenes of the past!!
The day their fate had intertwined, that day Arnav himself had broken Khushi's similar dori made of pearls...thus shattering her dignity, breaking apart her respect & honour!! However, as the time progressed, they started to become an inevitable part of each others' life...whose importance neither of them wanted to accept!! They both had an inkling of their feelings but didn't want to acknowledge it!! One of those days, Khushi's Dori was yet again open,which khushi was also unaware of, but this time it had got open by itself. However, Arnav noticed the worldly gaze that it was inviting, clouding her dignity. Not being able to bear that, he had opened her hair, protecting her from every bad eye!! That day however, he couldn't tie the dori for her, as he had no sense of ownership over her!!

Two separate days, One day he himself had broken her Dori and shattered her dignity, and other when he had protected it, tried to restore it, but not by tying it himself, but by hiding it under the veil of her loose hair, as he didn't have a right to tie it himself!! However, today he tied it himself as she belongs to him now, he has all the rights over her & it is His biggest duty to protect her honour & respect!! Seems like today another Loop was closed, another cycle was completed!!

Coming back to the scene, He securely ties up her Dori, she turns around to face him, with a smile on her face, a smile filled with love & admiration for him, her eyes totally drowned in the want of him, and her body heaving & panting in anticipation. He looks at her even more intensely, her passionate eyes boring into hers, depicting his heart's desires, looking at her lips invitingly and he bends down to kiss her, to express his love to her. She knows it was coming, she knows what he wanted, but she again runs away. However, this time more than shyness, it was done out of tease, to deprive him, to smile back at him with huge twinkle in her eyes, that is out of naughtiness 😉!!

Saans Mein Teri Saans Ki Khushoo!!

As always, smilingly, she turns back to look at him before leaving, but notices him standing with his head down with a tinge of shyness and slowly he brings up his hand to show the Mehndi blot caused by the caress of her own heena!! She is stunned at the sight, not able to believe that he did put on Mehndi, only for her happiness , to make her smile!! She is too emotional and touched by such a beautiful gesture of him, her overflowing love knows no bounds. She cant believe that he did that, not able to contain her emotions, she runs back & hugs him passionately!!

Beautiful scene.. absolutely mesmerizing...Barun & Sanaya were outstanding there...mind blowing expressions👏👏👏!! there eyes were speaking thousand words...truly the masters of Eye language...No wonder the Best telly Couple ever😳

The scene moves on as Khushi leaves to go back to the party going on in the house, but her heart stuck is with him, her eyes turning back again & again just to look at him, smile at him!! While he is intently staring at her retreating back, looking her go, smiles back at her as she starts to blush!!

Aankh Mein Teri Aankh Ka Jaadu!

Loved, that CVs completed the scene...didn't start with the dances right away, and did not let this scene end abruptly!!

Rest of the episode was also great!! Loved how NK got Arnav to dance, how NK and akash pushed him on the stage and after lot of hesitation he danced , but very shyly.. However I enjoyed it😃!! The family's reaction to it was fabulous, everyone reveling in the joy to see him like this..dancing and enjoying...so happy!

Really Liked to see the whole family celebrating and dancing especially Nani! She is so gracious!! Payal-Akash chemistry .. lovely to watch!! and NK as usual was rocking in the scene!!
Loved the Holi-Dhol Tune which was being played in the background ...its a very upbeat and feet-tapping tune!!

NK-Buaji's scene was just too cute & funny...poor soul is so scared of her!! Love their combo together, so hilarious 😆

However, Really disliked Anjali today!! She is now fully trained by Lying Academy of Shyam Manohar Jha & is in fact flying with golden colours!! Not only she has no time to give attention to her brother...for god sake it is not only your Godbharai, but his Mehndi function too!! The worst part is that even after she lies to him, switches off the electricity, and he is so adorably worried for her, she doesn't have even a ounce of guilt in her😡!! Not only that she has not yet been given even a single line monologue where she feels bad about hiding it all from her chote, but even her expressions are not at all regretful! She is only worried about getting caught, but not about how she has been deceiving her Chote, who has blind trust in her!!
Arnav is going to be too much hurt when all this comes out in open!!
Really hope that when reality hits her, she isn't forgiven easily and badly regrets about what she has done with her brother!! Hated her, for not at all being concerned, attentive or even a bit repentant towards him, but only having eyes for her husband!! Even if I think that she is delusional and is dealing with abandonment issues, one thing is clear that she is highly self-centered woman!!
One Question for Anjie...You are suffering from Polio, so how can you take off your braces and walk...and I thought you always need to wear it!! so how come your braces were lying right at the entrance 😕??..did you walk from the entrance to the podium without it...Why? coz you wanted to help snake in stealing them 😕??

Anyways, Moving beyond Anjie Rant..

Deja vu

Feels like I've been here before. I've walked these halls before. I've seen these scenes before. I know what someone is going to say. But its different. Have I been here before? Then why do I feel like I know this show? That, my friends, is called Deja vu - and for the past few days we've been going through this with Arnav and Khushi - except a lot has changed, a lot has happened. And a lot is still happening.

Khushi and Arnav's mehendi.

The patterns of love are being drawn on Khushi's hand. Arnav wants Laad Governor. She wants an 'A'. She already had an 'A' the last time, remember? He'd seen it. We've done this before. Why is Arnav the only one remembering each of the rasams? Is it because he is the one that's been studying up on them? Or is it because he's been the one introspecting on their relationship and how they got here. It started with him sitting in his cupboard trying to recreate their memories. And now here he is with one more memory that he wants to recreate - but correctly this time. As if on cue, NK shows up.

The last time Arnav had seen Khushi's henna, he'd just begun to acknowledge her importance in his life.

NK took Khushi away from him, leaving him frustrated. This time, NK takes credit for bringing Arnav to her. He knows who has what place in Khushi's life.

Khushi wants Arnav to put on a dot of mehendi on his hands and dance with her. Are you kidding me, Khushi? But he sees her pretty little pout and he needs to make it up to her. Nothing will stop Arnav from giving Khushi that dream wedding she wants, even if it means having a dot of mehendi and dancing with her, for her.

She goes away to dance. Khushi is the center of attention now. And she is glorying in it. But her eyes keep looking for him. Much like they did the last time, as she worried if he was okay.

Glorying along with her is her husband/fiance. He stands watching and then is a little alarmed to see her dori come loose. She comes to him - come and dance with me, please? He shakes his head, a little signal - come with me. She follows him to the kitchen.

They had faced off at the pool first, and she'd told him it mattered to her where he was. But this time all that is needed a look in each other's eyes.

The same kitchen was once the scene of an impromptu tryst on a similar mehendi. She had been trying to scrape of the henna from her hands, and he'd found her. He wanted her to acknowledge that he meant more to her than she admitted. But instead was captivated by seeing his name on her palm. This time he tries to hold her hand and she stops him. No! the mehendi would be spoilt. She holds up the back of her hands, foils his need to see his name written in her hands. This time there is no NK, no interruptions.

Wraps his arm around her waist, and draws her close. He watches her arousal as he slowly turns her around, lightly brushing his palm against the henna, marking himself with her love. He ties her dori, taking his time.

The dori which he tore the first time they met.

The dori which he tenderly handled while untangling her from the fairly lights

The dori which he couldn't tie the first time it was loose.

The dori which he strung with a chain of pearls.

The dori which he now has the right to tie.

She is surprised and delighted. She turns around and her eyes fix on his lips. He responds to that sign. He moves to kiss her and she runs. His first kiss to her on her cheek, had marked the end of the mehendi for Payal. He'd moved in then, surprising her with a challenge. Kiss me like I kiss you.

But today as she runs, stops and turns around, she sees him holding up his hand, her mark clearly visible on his palm for her to see. Deja vu, kiss? No.

Its deja vu from the time he'd first had her blood on his hands. He'd hurt her, and then he'd found her. She had let out her pent-up fear and anger on him till he'd pinned her to a pillar. So hard, that he'd broken her bangle and they'd both bled from cuts, she on her arm, he on this very same palm. He'd looked at it then alone with his remorse and guilt.

Now the mark of the mehendi wipes the pain of that hurt away, too. All that remains is love and this is what he shows to her. As Redwine would say, Loop Closed!

Arnav and Shyam

Shyam entered Raizada house disguised as a dhol-wala. He was here with a purpose, scattering bits of glass on his own wife's doormat. Now its time for him to take the stage as a dhol-wala.

Arnav and Khushi go back to the hall and NK and Akash drag him up to the stage to dance with the dhol-walas. Unknown to them, Shyam is one of the dhol-walas. Arnav spots him moving and is vaguely discomfited. But his brothers distract him. He stumbles against Shyam's dhol.

The last time, Shyam had stood on top of the stairs staring at looking lustfully down at Khushi seated next to his wife. Always on the sidelines, and always wanting the wrong things.

It was NK who had spotted him then. It is Arnav who stumbles against him. Looks at him and the lights go out! Once more Arnav is in the light while Shyam still stays in the dark.

Deja vu - to the kidnapping. Arnav trying his hardest to bring the kidnapper into the light, but he stays hidden in the dark. Shyam is the dark and Arnav is the light.

And for a while, darkness prevails in Raizada House.

Anjali and Shyam

The last time at the mehendi Anjali was worried to death about her brother. He'd been gone for three hours and no one could contact him. This time around, she is worried to death about her husband, so that this same brother might not find him.

She is almost paralyzed with fear that Arnav will know who the dhol-wala is. As the lights go out, she moves to the fuse box. She is so far down this self-destructive path, that she is unaware of rights and wrongs anymore. She is only focused on her husband and his safety from the clutches of her three brothers.

She is surrounded by people who only want her to be well and happy.

Akash and Payal have been looking after her, coming by to ask how she is enjoying the dancing, especially Khushi. When Khushi goes to talk to Arnav, she stops by Anjali first, making sure she is okay.

As the lights go out, Arnav's first thought is of his di. Is she okay? The entire family rushes to her and as the lights come on, see her sweating profusely. Arnav tenderly pats her face dry. Does she even for a minute think that what she is doing will hurt this little brother of hers so much. No. Her focus is all on her husband. He is missing from the stage. How long before Arnav notices the missing dhol-wala? As the family returns to their dancing, she creeps away. How much she has learnt from her husband! She calls him. He wants her to meet him as he has to leave. But he has his own plans and that includes getting her to walk barefooted into her room. She heads to the pool and then sees someone in her room. She heads that way.

Buaji and Nandkishore

NK and Buaji share a strange bond. Buaji loves him - because his name is that of her lord. He is scared to death because of her 'Hum ho do NandKishore'.

The last time NK came down in a sari to crash the mehendi. Buaji had insisted on him applying mehendi.
This time Buaji asks him to sit and and insists on him applying mehendi.

Deja vu much?

Mamiji

Things seem much better, don't they? For a bride-to-be what is worse than to be upstaged at your own mehendi? Which is what mamiji had done at Payal's mehendi. Yet here she is today, urging Payal to get the mehendi preparations going, dancing with her, watching her dance freely with Akash, standing next to her, with never a sarcastic comment out of her mouth.

But did Mamiji want to do some mischief this time around? Absolutely. She wanted to know what was going on with Garima and Dadi. So she took it on herself to introduce them to each other. Ta-daaa!! Unfortunately, the lights get killed and Dadiji and Garima were still in the dark!

After thought:

I left Garima and Dadi ji for the after thought. No deja vus here. But just for a moment, go back and hear Dadi's voice as she talks to Garima. It is softer, her tone is a lot less acid. As the lights come on, she looks for Garima who has vanished again. But again, she did not sound angry or vindictive. There was a quietness to her voice - a thehrao. Did Garima hold the key to breaking Dadi's egotism? We shall see.

Naniji used to be a famous dancer. And you can see her bust a move like no one on the floor! Go Naniji!!

And remember you'll have much more of 'It's deja vu all over again!' in the days to come.

thought I would skip writing the analysis today as my fellow thread mates have done a beautiful job...but the questions and the romance of yesterday has forced me to come back in the front with this short write up..so I would start again on my favourite theme that surrounds IPK ..that is

Nafrat vs Mohabbat

We all know it is shyam's Nafrat vs arhi's mohabbat that has been recurrent theme of this wedding..shyam's Nafrat brigade has been Ably supported by anjali's delusions and Dadi's rigid old school of thought where as arhi's mohabbat has the backing of the raizada clan.the celebration of the godhbarai and the mehendi is conducted with great pomp and splendour..but one should never forget that this track is the wooing track and the wooing track as I compared it to the twelve days of Christmas..but what I didn't complete explaining is the twelfth day of the celebration known as the day of epiphany..the day of realisations..so I thought instead of the usual analysis let me jog your memory on the twelfth day..the day of epiphany has been dragged into many episodes now..each of the characters in this show are going to have their epiphanic moment during the wedding..so are the audiences..what are they ?will it be the Nafrat vs mohabbat realisation the moment of epiphany for the characters and the audience or is it the combination of the past with the Nafrat vs mohabbat battle that will form the crux. ..so in short we can say that how each character reacts to this moment of realisation will decide the future of IPK.

The realisations will lead us to the tagline..the realisations doesn't look far off at this moment..I usually don't predict so I will maintain my stance but as an audience ,I have understood there is a major drama waiting for me..that is what the epiphany day has will bring about..and that is what will complete the wooing track as my friend winey would put it... I will end my short write up here saying we are in for some exciting rollercoaster ride on IPK ...so put on your seatbelts and enjoy

Scene of the day -

Arnav shows the mehandi on his hand like a small boy caught to Khushi , Khushi seeing the gesture is so touched & very happy that she runs to him & HUGS. Arnav is also very happy to have her in his arms returns the HUG.

Mehandi function in RM is on full swing' we see HAPPY faces everywhere' with lots of dance & beautiful moments which will be treasured for days to come.

Cute moment of the day

NK tells A tht nw u applied mehandi dance as well' come on come on'& pulls him to the crowd for dancing.

& it is so cute to see the brothers dancing together & tightening the bonds.

Funny moment of the day

Buaji calls NK & NK is all afraid & flustered walks up to her'Buaji pulles him & makes him sit with her .. telling u will also get married' apply mehandi' NK doesn't want to says NO NO.. Buaji why r u feeling shy u'll hv to wear at the time of ur marriage na.. so apply'NK makes excuse of drinking water' Buaji teasing him that his throat is already dried thinking of marriage' NK escapes telling he will aplly the other side & escapes' Buaji telling the mehandi wali.. he is very shy person.. not yet married na that's why'

Rabba vey moment of the day

Arnav pulls Khushi towards him knowing that she cannot escape as she has applied mehandi to her hands have an intense eye lock. Turns her around to tie dori but also ensures that the mehandi on her hand rubs off to his hand thereby fulfilling her WISH.

Gutter moment of the day

Arnav seeing mehandi in Khushi's hands gets naughty ideas so he goes ahead & pulls Khushi towards him by waist & turns her around & ties her Dori.

Later bends towards her to steal a kiss.

THE BAD

Khatta moment of the day

Anji all tensed where Shyam will be caught goes & tampers with the wires & fuze in the switch board so that complete RM is plunged into darkness.

Narad Muni of the day

Mami making sure that Garima & Dadi meet so that she can enjoy the fun on their expense is all set to ensure that they meet.

She fails the first time so she makes sure the next time she succeeds.

Dabba vey of the day

Dadi & Garima meeting' their meeting is so spectacular that lights go off 😆

THE UGLY

Teekha moment of the day

Shyam entering Anji's room to ensure that the glass pieces are still intact on the carpet. He hides Anji's shoes under the bed & wants to make sure that Anji enters the room so that she can get hurt.

When he sees Anji near the poolside, to gain her attention & make sure she enters the room he switches on the light so that his shadow is created thru the curtains.

Dear Fellow Viewer & reader, welcome to yet another edition of the episode redolent with so many echoes... there was celebration. there was intrigue.. there was desperation .. there was cunning .. there was intent to hurt .. there was intent to hide .. there was intent to move forward .. & and amidst all this .. "Do Dil Mil rahe the .. magar chupke chupke" yes all packed in 18 minutes of IPK ..

Tonite friends i will be doing analysis on the Shyam and Anjali scene... while everyone else is doing everything else.. So here goes friends .. grab ur remotes .. check the pause button ..

Anji and Shyam - scene 1

Shyam dressed in white kurta pyajama, red dupatta on his shoulders, dhol stick in his hands, red scarf tied on his forehead, beard and mustache, looks at and anjali and then anjali acknowledges him.

Pause Please...

This whole scene is 1 min 9 sec scene. But look at the acting of Shyam Manohar Jha. Look at the way he has passed on the message as an actor. Look at his body language. Look at the way he is holding the stick.. and immediately looks as anji.. He is asking her remember the times we have used this on one another before you got into this kind of a function? Remember the times.. how can you forget the lovely time we had together.

Here anji who is dressed as a bride during her God Bharai... look at her eyes... what is it trying to convey.. My love, I rememeber every thing. See thinking of you has made me cry so much that my mascara is all clumped up. But after that instantaneously she smiles letting him know through her eyes that once the baby is born we can continue with anything and from the point we left off.

Now look at the relief Shyam has after he reads that on anji's face and the camera pans on anji's face. She is scared and tensed. Scared and tensed and hoping that no one else has read or heard their private conversation. Shyam is also checking out to see if their conversation is still private or has gone public.

Anji and Shyam - scene 2

In this one NK and Aakash take Arnav on the stage to dance where the the dhol is being played. Anji is sitting on the couch and and watching her husband Shyam play the dhol. Seeing her brothers fo up on the stage she almost jumps up while everyone is having fun at Arnav's expense. Shyam is still playing and him and anji have a short eye contact.

Pause Here Please..

Again this scene is 1 min 10 Secs. The moment ASR is being pulled on to the stage, look at anji's scared expression. Now here is she scared that Shyam will be caught or she is scared that she will be caught for bringing shyam in? Look at shyam.. now we all know that he is the most stupid villan. Look at him..it is more important for him to stay in character and hence he does not move from there. The three brothers are dancing and Shyam is playing the dhol. What is going on in Shyam's mind here... Maine sab ki bajayi and you guys are dancing to my tunes.. i mean beats now. But in this self gloat time he forgets that he is not supposed to be there and looks at anji for help.

He is pleading anji for helping him and take him out of the stage. Shyam is silently pleading anji to think something quick. Now anji and think... ok moving on.. Now in this 2 feet wide stage we have 4 dhol player, three men dancing and now these dhol player decide to take pheras of these thre brothers. Look here.. Shyam is delibrately going towards ASR.. by doing this he is trying to give a long diatance CPR to anji's brain cells and reboot them so that it starts to work and he can be saved.

While Shyam is giving long distance CPR... anji constantly is having one and only expression panic. After one phera is complete, ASR notices Shayam, but look at the brialliance of the make up artist, even ASR could not recognize him. When the second phera is going on ASR falls backwards on Shyam and light go out. It was an almost Rabba vey between Shyam and ASR today.

Anjali at the Fuze Box - Scene 3

Anjali is shown at the fuze circuit area. She is all flustered and is tensed..

Pause here please

Look at this scene.. What a brilliance that the creators have shown and the direction is masallah... what a timing? Let us assume that anji started to walk towards fuze box when the second phera of the dhol players started. From then limped her way towards the fuze box which is somewhere near the pool side, climbed stairs and took the fuze out and came back to her place within 33 seconds. Now that is a new record for anji. Are we looking at a potential olympiad here?

The reason this author is having this doubt is becuase it took aakash more than a min to go put the fuze back and come back. Mind you that while walking back anjali could have faced difficulties like DARKNESS.. and not to forget she also factored in the time to locate and wear her shoes and take it off. Add a new obstacle of the baby bump. Now I hope it is clear that why the baby bump showed up. It is to give the drama and the thriller effect. Amazing creativity has been shown in that 20 second scene..
