Reading your analysis after a long time Anu! Thanks, it was well written as always. As soon as I watched the episode, I too mentioned in one of my posts that this had to be one of the best episodes of KS. Loved it.
The Jai-Tarun scene cannot be praised enough! Loved that smile on his face when he tells Tarun so proudly and full of conviction that in Bani he had found someone who would take care of him....He smile reached his eyes and I could almost see his chest swelling. 😳 👏 He said he trusts Bani completely and he was so sure that there had to be another deeper motive behind her actions than just the desire for his wealth... 😛 Even Maasi's trust on her seemed jittery, and can at best be described hopeful after her meeting with her Bahu, who so coldly tells her she wants the money...she behaved the same way with her husband, but his trust in intact. 👏
Tarun was good as a friend.
And now to Mrs. Kiran Dixit. Lord, no wonder her kids dont have great marriages....Even if I assume Bani to be 9, Pia 7, and Rano 5 in that seen, I fail to understand what kind of a mother Mrs. Dixit was... According to one pysc. theory, kids 2-7 cant even understand conservation, meaning if a tall glass and a wide glass have the same amount of liquid, the child will think the tall glass has more, and they think egocentrically. So how did Mamma Dixit think that her kids will understand marriage! 😆 The change in actors has made the character dumber! No not blaming the actress, the current one is a pretty good actress. Like you said, no wonder these girls have smooth marriages....Lord save these girls...one think is clear, the flashbacks are explaining the weird Dixit family...its in the genes. 😆 Aur Bani ko shuru se zyada bolne ki adat hai, lagta hai. (Im still defending her in the case though 😉 )
