Shruti is right - they seem to be smuggling this from Mahabharata. At least the name. Please don't smuggle anything else - like the Devrata/Bheeshma part

So Sonarika will get a break? What about Mohit - he too? Or will they have him play whatever role Shiva played to get back this Parvati?

For their sakes, I wouldn't mind both Mohit & Sonarika getting breathers. Just fill up the gap w/ Indra vs Vritra, and then continue w/ this story. Or have Vritra & Dadhichi quietly disappeared, neither having to ever die? 🤣

@Vrish-you are the only one who noticed the blunder!!!honestly of all the names in the world they had to take Matsyagandha!!!-for goodness sake the last thing we want people to know that Parvatis name was Matsyagandha!!!when actually it wasnt!

i just hope this is the last thing they copy from the Mahabharatha!

maybe Mohit and Sona will get a break,although im kinda confused when this track will happen

about Vritra and Dadhichi looks like thier lifes been extended by the Cvs while bechara Indra is being deprived of his only real achievment🤣

To be fair, multiple characters with the same name appearing in different events/eras isn't totally out of place in the myths and legends. But it would have been nice if they had used another name. Surely it's nott that difficult to find more than one fish-themed name!

In the 1965 Tamil film Parvati was reborn in a fisher family named Kayar Kanni... But we dont know how far it can be believed because in that film they showed Sati aka Dakshayani "one" of the various forms of Parvati and not the first incarnation... they also showed that she was burnt by Shiv 😲 😕... I dont know whether its reliable...

Actually Devi Maa has many many names so may be this is one of them

but yes it certainly belonged to Devi Satyavati
