If Mihir Already knew that Meera is behind everything,then y did he put KT in jail? n y did he let her behind bars 4 few days?

Because Mihir was trying to buy TIME, remember Lakshya was looking for some kind of evidence to prove Meera's guilt in killing Savita Bahu. If Mihir didn't play along then the game would be over and who knows what would happen to the show.
