ok now truth revelation has happened and megha is all shattered and roaming aimlessly on streets of nepal and is really shattered and heart broken and cant believe mohan has done something like this to her and is then suddenly attacked by rondhi after rondhi is rejected by mohan once again but mohan reaches there and rondhi is sent to pagal khaana
megha is unconscious and nepal doctor says she should be taken to india for treatment over there after being in hospital for many days megha does not recognises anyone be it mohan kids or the vyas family so doctor later on tells them it seems megha has forgotten her entire married life and remembers her only early life
and after that mohan uses various tricks to bring back meghas memory and also make her remember kids but she still refuses and the efforts are finally successful after along time
