How Motw are assessed. For example before the end of feb i remember seeing the votes by members in Hall of fame. So i thought is whoever has maximum votes in Motw. But now how it is since hof is yet to be launched?

Hey! Its usually the DT(or a person assigned by the DT) decides who decide who will become the MOTW. The most active person of the forum, who actively participates in the forum posts and activities, etc is chosen :)
