I'd rather read my magazines, books, newspapers and actually gain knowledge :)
According to me, what the show has shown is just the surface of the burning issues.. it was all like a preface to the reality. (albeit, many would disagree on this and say that issues were shown too much in elaboration, but, it's not true 😆 )
Personally, I felt like... it was for the TRPs. Sure, it's good to inform the public about burning issues, but, somehow it didnt feel like the show really wanted to make a change.
First of all, trying to make a change in a country like India where the common man LIVES and literally, every damn thing runs at the mercy of the underworld, politics and incumbency is... not possible by anyone :)
And, to make any change or to even understand and gain some real insights on any issue, one has to reach the grassroot levels, because what happens at grassroot levels is what that really matters and is the reality. You and I can sit and keep bragging about inefficiency of the govt. , money laundering, corruption, unfair practises blah blah blah and look too intelligent and concerned, but, what's the use of looking smart? 😆 ..I cannot explain it all because I need to type way too much inorder to organize my points and nobody will have the patience to read it 😆
But anyways, hopefully the show garnered the interest of youngsters that hardly touch the newspapers, and imparted SOME knowledge, which is always good.
