Twist and more twist are starting to happen. Then what were the papers that Ranveer got Jai's signature on?

What is Bani's motive behind this move? Has to be some very good reason. Maybe...

1. Give money to Pia and Pushkar and get their marriage settled.

2. To unmask the killer, this just a thought, maybe by asking for 50% property she is getting Jai out of trouble.

3. Saving Jai from the conspiracy hatched by Jigyaasa and Ranveer.

4. Has come to know that there is more to Park Road mystery.

God, I am blabbering, What do u guys think? I am completely clueless.

I mean now what they are going to show her negative now. There has to be a reason. Oh my god!!!! What is happening in KS?
