well arnie you are feeling her pain because unknowingly dude you are falling in love with your wife
but it will be hard for you to accept that since you havent felt this way before for anyone else so yeah its love
even khushi was confused seeing his concern considering he is the reason she was unconscious
well there might just be hope for these two but there still is some long way to go for that yet
