When I said Hrithik made an amazing thief, I was talking of his persona. The tall, lean, dusky muscular thief, not exactly of the story line. I'm sure the script called for the ending regardless of how idiotic it may have seem. I mean what isn't idiotic in Bollywood anyway? Like for ex: the pregnancy operation scene in one of Bollywood's best movie, 3 Idiots! It's the epitome of stupidity. But hey, Amir made an amazing student in the movie regardless! On the contrary, I cant picture the short, bulky looking Amir making an amazing thief. He doesn't have the persona. I might be wrong however, because hes an amazing actor :).
