PART 24

They both went inside and they could hear priya's cry from the room.Both rushed into her and saw that dadi was trying to calm her but she was not listening to her.Her face was red due to constant crying and she was whispering only mama mama.As soon as priya saw Khushi she jumped from dadi's arm and was getting down from the bed but before she got down Khushi came near her and sat on the bed.Priya came and Khushi carried her in her arms.She kept her head on the shoulder and started crying more loudly.Khushi was trying to calm her but she was not listening she was just crying.Khushi was feeling very guilty for coming late.On the other hand dadi and Arnav were tensed seeing her condition.After some time priya got tired of crying so she stopped and was just hugging her and Khushi was trying her best to sooth her.Arnav touched her forehead and felt the warmth of her body.Fever was still there and it was increasing more.So he went to get her medicines.He bought the medicines along with a glass of water.He sat next to Khushi and stared at priya

Arnav:priya

Priya looked at him and left Khushi.She sat on her lap and kept her head on her chest and adjusted herself comfortably.She looked at Arnav and slightly smiled

Arnav:priya medicines le lo

Priya:neee

Arnav:kya hua

Priya:achi neee

Arnav:medicines nahi lenge toh theek kaise honge

Priya:neee papa

Arnav looked at Khushi and asked her to help.She nodded her head and started thinking.

As soon as Arnav was taking priya she opened her eyes and hugged her tight.

Both were embaressed listening to her.Khushi was pleading to Arnav to take priya from her.

She did not come and then Arnav came close to her and whispered something in her ear.After listening she jumped from Khushi's lap and went to Arnav.Khushi was initially surprised and Arnav said her to go.Instead of going to the washroom she took priya's medicine and went down.She went to the kitchen and dadi was there

Dadi:are Khushi beta aap yaha kya kar rahi hai

Khushi:wo dadi priya ko doodh peena hai

Dadi:doodh par priya toh nahi peeti hai

Khushi:dadi aap dijiye na

Dadi:theek hai

Dadi gave her the glass.She kept the glass on the table and started crushing the medicines.She crushed the medicines as tiny as possible and mixed it in the milk

Dadi:Khushi yeh aap kya kar rahi hai

Khushi:wo dadi priya medicines nahi le rahi thi toh maine medicines ko crush karke doodh main dal diya hai taki usse pata nahi chale

Dadi:theek hai par priya nahi peeyegi

Khushi:dadi aap chinta mat kijiye main peela dungi

Khushi went taking the glass with her.Arnav saw her entering the glass with her

Khushi:priya aap doodh pee lijiye

Khushi:agar aap doodh nahi peeyegi toh aapko medicines khani paregi

Geer:boliye kya karna hai aapko

She pointed towards the glass.Khushi sat on the bed and she came and sat on her lap.She was drinking it so slowly and it took half an hour for her to drink it

She stood and went out while priya started playing with her toys.As she went out Arnav followed her
