I think dadi must know some thing about khushi's past and she will tell arnav about arnav. may be arnav will scare that if khushi know then she will leave him so he wil tell dadi that don't tell khushi about that and dadi will blackmail arnav and say that if he allow shaym come back RM then she will not tell any thing khushi. what u guys think?

after seeing today episode i am little bit more sure about this

Can't see that happen. If Arnav did something horrible he will tell it himself to Khushu rather than being blackmailed.
