And now abt the update and the comment , not sure if anyone cares to know , but this FF was an attempt to wrap up all the lose ends in AN's story in the show and trust me , I for one thought there were just too many of them . As much as we hate the later portion of AN's track in the show , we cannot deny that it was the show and their vision of AN's characters that got us all hooked to them . But the lose ends bothered me and I wanted to write something where I could focus on all these things , N's past , A's brooding and tortured soul demeanor , Armaan's influence on Nikki , being the most important of these .

So , with this in mind , I am glad someone could relate this story to the missing links in the show.

And I always thought N was a far more cautious and guarded person , the way she used to push Abhi away from her , there had to be a very deep sense of insecurity and heartbreak that made her trust only Armaan's judgement in the early days or even her thinking that she was in love with him. I thought that kind of behavior could not be random and so I always thoughts Nikki's past must have been associated with a lot of pain. So in those terms , glad you find my writing detailed .

@bold part , haa haa , I know what you mean sweetie and I hope I dont disappoint you when we do come to the "making up" portions😉.

@Trish , thanks dear . You know this was a very difficult part to write😔 and I remember being stuck at this point for more than one reason for days together .

@Cherry , yes Nikki and Armaan's relationship and his control on her decisions and thoughts bordered on unnatural unless corroborated with some solid reasons . Happy you liked the explanation.
