Khushi's Misunderstanding

Everyone went home after their shopping. Khushi kept recalling Arnav's face and was like 'what is happening to me.' Arnav also kept recallling Khushi and her frightened face. He couldnt think of anything else.

Khushi was tired so she went to her room to rest whilst her family members prepared for the coming festival. Still she couldn't stop thinking about Arnav.

"I wonder what his name is...?" she said to herself. She decided to go out for abit so her mind thinks of something else.

After dinner Anjali and Nani went to prepare a list of everything they needed for Diwali. Everyone else went off to rest in their rooms. Arnav went to his room and lay on his bed. He could see Khushi everywhere. He wondered what was wrong with him and decided to go for a long drive.

Whilst he was driving he saw a girl crying on the road. He stopped the car and got out to ask her what the matter was. Some goons had messed with her and chased her but they got lost finding her and she reached the road but noone came to rescue her.

"Plz can you drop me off to my house?" she asked Arnav. "Im realy scared...what if they come here..?" Arnav calmed her down and made her sit in the car. It was the first time he was helping someone on the road like this.

He started driving when he saw Khushi near the temple. She was wearing a white dress and looked beautifull. 'She looks like a fairy' thought Arnav. The girl started looking at Arnav and then where his eyes were. she smiled and said,

"Woh larki kon hai...? Arnav realised and said noone and carried on driving but she stopped him and made him go back. They both got out of the car and stood outside the temple talking about her. Khushi turned around and was hurt to see him with another girl.

"Inki toh girlfriend hai...main bhi...kya soch rahi thi?" said khushi. Tears rolled down her cheeks and she wiped them and went.

Arnav had realised she was gone and started searching for her everywhere. The girl also helped him but there was no sign of Khushi. Upset Arnav sat back in the car and dropped the girl off to her home.

Khushi reached home and was crying. Payal asked what was wrong but Khushi did not tell.

" Meri aankh mein kuch chalaa gaya hai." she said.

Payal took Khushi to her room to show her the decorations but Khushi wasnt intrested. She kept seeing flashbacks of Arnav and that girl which was making her upset.

Arnav went home and thought 'Where did she go? She was stood right in front of me and then she vanished? Questions arose in his mind regarding Khushi.

"Chote...Chote...?" called Anjali. "Kya hua tumhe...? Bohot kohe kohe lag rahe ho?"

"Nahi Di! Kuch nahi hai. Aap ko kuch chahiye?" replied Arnav.

"Mein toh sirf tumhe yeh juice denhe aayi thi...yaad se pi lena!" Anjali went. Arnav was upset and kept thinking why he is acting like that. He didn't even know Khushi so why this...?
