It surely was heart warming to listen to Jai-Bani talk about Marriage, but at the same time I couldn't stop sayingā¦ "Oh Look who is talking!"š I think the beauty of that scene was in the fact that both Jai-Bani were aware they both were in the same situation and though talking to Pia-Pushkar, they communicated to eachother as well. They really made an attempt to set thinks right in between them, atleast Jai went all out and Bani didnt retrace her steps back... which for now is a good sign! š
The episode began with Massi and Dadi's danceš”?!?! What kind of torture was that? I didn't watch the repeat of prev episode just coz I dreaded to see the dance and they make me go through the same thing again!š¤¢
Coming to Bani-Pia's shagunā¦ I really didn't expect anything else from Jigyasa! But just a thought seeing Bani and Piaā¦. Instead of decking themselves with designer saris and jewelry(imitation?) they could have spend that amount on something for Rano instead!!! And it was but obvious someone will come to Rano's rescueā¦ and I really thought it would be Jaiā¦but it was Aditya. No surprises thereā¦ though jigyasa looked surprised!!!
Then the avoidable dance by the 3 newly wed! Yaar Massi ka kuch karoā¦. Why is she so enthu about dancing? Please tell her it is as torturous as hearing her munna singšš. Bani and Pia stood around with plastered smiles.
Now make way for the One, The Only Jai Walia. He looked impeccable in a black sherwani(looks like he remembered his wife likes him in Black sherwanisš)ā¦who looked picture perfect with slight smile as he made his way through the crowd acknowledging the greetings. And look who emerged from behind him. Pushkar!
Jai spanned the room and his eyes rested on Bani and it lit up instantlyā¦ his smile became brighterā¦ he hadn't expected her at her partyā¦but here she was returning his glance with the same glint in her eyes.
Well Pia wasn't trilled to see her husband and why do I feel she felt betrayed by Jaiā¦ and I care two hoots for what she thinksš”š!
Pia stormed out of the party and Jai went upto talk to her. Just watch Jai pause for a moment and take a deep breath preparing himself to be patient to deal with air headed sister in law. He is not used to solving people's domestic problem and even if he had, I bet it wont have been as difficult as Pia-Pushkar's. Very rarely has he dispalyed such maturity and restraint in solving problems. He pretty clearly explained why he allowed her to stayā¦ he wanted them to cool down before they try to sort out their differences. Then came some real pathetic dialogues I surely could have done withoutā¦ 'agar tumhare maan mein mereliye respect hai to Pushkar se ek bar bath karlo. For my sake!'š Now hero why will she talk to puhskar for ur sake? She has reasons not to talk to Pushkar... For your sakeš”š And btw please don't stay under the misconception that she holds u with high regardā¦ aise kuch bhi nahi hai. She can change her opinion based on her convenience. Wo kehte hai naā¦. 'The whole is that ke bhaiya sabse bada rupiaya!'š” I wonder how she will react knowing ur millions are not yours.
Bani who was behind heard everything (I wonder whys he didn't tell him he didn't have a right to interfere in their marriage!?!š”) She went and got Pushkar to talk. I really don't know what the director wanted to convey with the way the characters walked in and walked out of the frame. But it stood out for some reason. Jai was standing behind Piaā¦ he moved out of the frame and Pushkar stood behind and in between came Bani and then moved out after a pause. Any indicationš? Coz they seemed to pay a lot of attention to the shot. Then what I hated was the way all the 4 were standingā¦ quite indicative of a quadrangle ready to materialize in futureš”! U draw a diagonal across and u have 4 triangles!!!š¤¢
Bani wanted Pushkar to make the 1st move. It is unfair Baniā¦ why should puhskar? Why should he have to be understanding and accommodating every single time? It has to be always at Pia's convenienceā¦ if she decides to marry Jai, he has to accept itā¦. if she doesn't want to marry Jai, then he should help her out of it! She can insult him all the time and he has to let go coz she is being childish and now he has lost his baby and still he needs to be understanding. Bani where does ur sense of fairness go when it comes to Piaš? Did u even attempt to make her understand the gravity of her mistake? No instead u will chose to talk to pushkar who you and ur sister have taken for grantedš”!
Jai then asks Piaā¦ 'do u know how important and how deep this relationship is?'š Arre Jai tu bhi naā¦ Pia doesn't understand even when it is a reality u are asking her to realize something non existent! Bahut nainsafi hai, Pia I am with u on this one. Jai, Don't stress her brains so much with such hi funda! š
In complete co-ordination Jai-Bani began their marriage sermon! Not only about Marriage, but Destiny and Love tooš.
Bani began by saying It hurts a lot when a Marriage breaks. People come into the world for that one special personā¦they are made for eachotherā¦and Jai continues, Destiny brings them together. But to make the relationship work is in the couples hand. To understand and commit to the relationship is what the couple have to decide. Jai further says if that relationship breakā¦ Life isnt worth living. Bani said 'pyar mein jagde hote hain, par unko uljana hai..uljana nahi.' They ask pia-pushkar to talk it out calmly and they walk out.
It was quite a sceneā¦ I would have loved a bit more indulgence in that scene from Bani's end (or should I say Prachi's?) It was a beautifully written sceneā¦with awesome dialogues suit the protagonistsš. But something was surely amiss. I don't know what it wasā¦ it surely didn't have that emotional high that it required. It surely was a great sceneā¦ but it could have been better.
What I really liked about the scene was that it provided a apt platform to tell eachother what they meant to one another. As much as I kept saying 'look who is talking' when watching itā¦ I realized now that it wasn't as if they were giving them a lecture or something of that sorts. It was more of telling Pia-Pushkar of their own experience and how they were brought together by destiny, how they realized they were made for eachother and how they worked on it though unconsciously at times and now being away from eahother makes them realize that Life isnt worth it at all. It was very well putā¦ but what was better was Jai-Bani speaking simultaneously in the same flowā¦ continuing where the other stopsā¦ they were so tuned in to eachother's thoughtsā¦ well they had to beā¦ they felt the same way. I am glad they realized that they are made for eachotherā¦ may be that is why Bani isnt insecure about Jai. She knows that she is made for him and he for her alone. It was def heartwarming to see Jai say Life isnt worth if u aren't together. Bnai kept looking at Jai as she spoke, she was talking to him aswell. At a point it looked as if she expected him to turn around and say 'then why are u away from me?' But Jai didn't hold it against herā¦ if I was I surely would have. Infact if I was Pia or Pushkar (thank the god lord I am notš!) I would have told them to mend their differences before lecturing me! š
Bani said 'Pyar mein jagde hote hain, unko suljana hai, uljana nahi' and I am holding it against her even if Jai lets go. If she doesn't apply that to her relationship with Jaiā¦ I think it is hypocrisy! I do agree that Jai-Bani aren't away coz of a 'fight' to sort it outā¦ but then again, when I have been rational when it has come to Jai? š³
Jai followed Bani and asked her if she still thought he was trying to break up Pia-Pushkar's marriage. Bani was guilty. Jai explained that he had to send Pushkar away coz he was drunk and Pia was angryā¦it just would have gotten worse. And today he went and got pushkar having apologized to him. What crapā¦ why should Jai apologize? For WHATš”? Realizing her mistake Bani said Sorry for misunderstanding him and hero gave a big smileš. They had a major staring competition going on with Jiya dhadak dhadak at the back drop. They really need to change the guy singing for Jaiā¦ it sounds really badš¤¢! Jiya dhadak dhadak is a tough songā¦ they shouldnt attempt it if they cant justify the original.
Btw the creatives blew up a chance to show interaction between Jai and Pushkarš. It would have been interesting to see Jai-Pushkar interact. For the 1st time after their relationship had turned sourā¦ u would have had Jai talk to Pushkar as his 'Jai Sir'. Considering Jai wasn't even talking to pushkar straight faced, he managed to convince him to come along. And anyway Pushkar is under the impression that Jai is the other man in his marriageā¦ it would have been a wakening call for Pushkar, that Jai doesn't habour any feelings for Pia, anymoreā¦never did perhaps! It would have put Pushkar at ease at some level. They missed a potential heartwarming scene between the Guru and Chela.š
Pia doesn't want to get back with Pushkar, nor does pushakr want to. He is here for Jai and Pia also saidā¦ she is here coz of Jai! Piaā¦ oh forget it, I have said enough about herā¦ I don't want to repeat myself everyday! Pia wants to pretent at the party coz she doesnt want to spoil the party mood... wow! How considerate can she get? I wonder where this concern goes when she messes around with Peoples lives and their emotionsš”
Pia-Pushkarā¦ frankly I really don't want Pushkar to suffer. I see no possibility that Pia is going to sudarofy. She would have been better of marrying Mohan Khandelwal! Ab bhi dher nahi huhi hai! Anyway in the present scenario Mohan is richer than Jai or may be even pushkar isš!!! Infact i would say she must be thanking her stars for asking Pushkar to act in the party... now she can go back to him once the announcement is madešš”
Now for Jai's scheming behen and bhanje ki jodiš”. Why am I not hyper about this twistš? I simply feel it is going backfire BIG time! 1st coz I cant see Jai robbed off his millionsā¦.how much ever I try my imagination doesn't stretch that far. I still see him as the head of the family and the boss of the Walia Empire.
Why do I think that nothing is really Jai's for Ranveer to transfer in his name? May be Jai has already transferred his property to Bani since he had death threats looming large or even better Bani is the joint holder of all the Walia property along with Jai. That way only Jai's signature will not transfer the title to Ranveerā¦ it will require Bani's signature aswell.
All in all I am quite sure that Ranveer is going to end up like a foolā¦ he might be the one who is shown the door out of Walia House and empire and what better he joins his sasural's Dadi Vada jointš! On a serious note that way Jai can team up with Roshini against Jai and Bani. Makes more sense that way than seeing Jai on the road and Ranveer at the helm of Walia Empire! I am so sure Ekta is pulling another trick on usš”ā¦ and I surely don't want to fall for that one. Not this time!
Incase Jai has lost his propertyā¦ I really don't want Mrs Walia to come back to him as an act of sympathyš¤¢. I know it is Bani's right to stand by her husband at the time of difficultyā¦ but then I have tooo much of pride in Jai to see Bani coming back to him just coz he is broke. Simply put I don't want any mahanta act from Baniā¦ for that matter from anyoneā¦not Aditya, not Pushkar. Well If Jai-Bani reconciles before Ranveer breaks the news it would be perfect. Then she stays back with Jaiā¦ it would be great. I want Jai to come out a winner all by himself! He is the head of the family and he will remain! He has faced all adversaries and he will continue to. If he is has to leave the entire battalion will followā¦ Dadi, Massi, Aditya, Sahil, Rano, Tony(?!) and I want him to shoulder the responsibility like he has always doneā¦ with no one's help! They better not make him a weak character. But then i am more than sure Ranveer is going to end up as a Fool!!!
Well a nice episode considering Jai-Bani did take a step towards reconciling. I just hope they win eachother all over again. God Bless!
Nothing spectacular on the acting front which is worth mentioning. Everyone walked through their scenes. The set was BAD! It was too crowded and cramped! Jai looked Handsome and i still maintain i dont like Bani's look! Btw Bani once again i see u meddling with ur palu, i will whack ur hand. Why do u keep twisting ur palu with ur fingers? It looks juvenile and irritating... i have been observing for a long time now, but yday it bugged the hell out of me. Sweety u look elegant in a sari.. carry it off with the same elegance instead of fidgeting with it all the timeš”. Pia looked(only looked) Good, pushkar was ok. Jigyasa looked like a kamwali bai in that hair do! Rano hands down looked the best Yday!š
I wonder what will happen to Kasam se... with Sandip Sikand quitting... how assured can we be that the next creative will keep up the consistency of the charactersš? Coz Sandip has been involved at the stage of creating the characters... so no one understands them better... i really dont know how it is going to turn up!
