Thank God, some logical explanation for why Salman's films were breaking records. 😃I'm NOT going crazy after all 😃
They do it for most big releases, when they are confident of getting huge response, and Salman's name draws big crowds.

Aishwarya was an established name much before she met Salman. She was Miss World. She was already being wooed by the biggest of directors for their films. As I just pointed out with Boom before Katrina met Salman, you can see where the difference was.
And the only film she did with Salman was HDDCS - a film where she walked away with all the awards and acclaim, after which he actually tried sabotaging her career by getting her out of big films, whereas he got Katrina enough movies and still does... yet Katrina is still to make a mark for herself as an actress.
Big difference.

My ass she was a big name.
She was being called exactly what Katrina is called. Wooden and expressionless. She had only flops behind her and there were rumors of her being out of Bollywood and moving down South for good. Like all the flop actresses. HDDCS gave her a new lease of life.
If Boom is a po*n film, then what exactly is Shabd?
Katrina is a bigger name in India than Ash ever was.

Lol @ moving down South after flops in Bollywood. She actually debuted in a South film. She signed Hindi movies and South films simulataneously.
Her first film was Mani Ratnam's Iruvar where she was critically acclaimed. Her Hindi debut was a flop and she was criticized. Her third film, Jeans, was a blockbuster and again she got great reviews.. it was actually India's official entry to Oscars for the Best film in a foreign category award.
Then came HDDCS and Taal.
If Shabd is po*n for you, I will leave it there.
Katrina is a bigger name than Ash ever was in India, yeah sure. 😆

That's great for her. What don't you understand about " For Good"?
It means she would only be doing South films not Bollywood films.
Shabd is based on an adult fantasy about someone doing their wife. It has explicit content and mature scenes. Its more of an adult film than Boom.
HDDCS and Taal weren't HITS according to BOI. But they did give Ash a new lease of life. Too bad she couldn't sustain it and followed it up with massive disasters like Albela, Hum Kissise Kum Nahin, Dil Ka Rishta etc.
Katrina on the other hand is all about Blockbusters. So yes, her movies are watched by more people. She's googled more and is a bigger star than Ash ever was, who even in the best of times was behind Rani and Preity.
I don't know what is happening https://x.com/krrishukt/status/1925532997983306029?s=46 t=74Fftld4jR1M5tPxEU7sHA

No hints for guessing he came to support one of his closest and oldest childhood friend Ahaan's success...
Honestly, Sitaare Zameen Par's success feels personal. After years of loud, flashy, empty films dominating the box office, here comes a movie...
