i couldnt stop myself from commenting!!
this ff is going excellently..
first of all thankz a ton for continuing it..
Abhi's meeting with mr.Rishabh is exactly how i had imagined..
Abhimanyu is just so perfect hubby..
The way he explained his wifes situation.. i mean he did not lie to him but put the right thing in front of her father in such a way that her father ( ofcourse would be hurt but...) would not find it insulting..
he showed all the respect to him but said the truth.. i love this quality of abhi .😳
he knows what to say and when to say and how to say to make the person understand the thing without much pain and hurt.. (this is another thing that he behaves exactly opposite when it comes to nikki ,but that is because in that case he really wants her to feel the pain which he is feeling then.. so she is an exception 😉 but he never wana hurt her 😳)
and i love it how abhi compared her father'z repantance and his own..
like it the way you showed similarity in bothe their conditions..
love this para..

Abhi's thoughts darkened . He knew that feeling well . He knew how he had felt when his parents had passed away and he had held himself responsible . It shocked him when he realized that his not being able to perform surgeries , something that mattered the most to him , was his own form of repentance .

i like it how abhi respects her fathers privacy and decides to leav and dint forget to sey sorry.. aww his so cute.. another quality of abhi..
very curious to see what is going to happen next..
and how nikki would react to it when she wil get to know..😳
you are really good at making me more and more curious..

Whoa Cherry ! That is one heck of a deep comment on my ordinarily deep writing 😊.

Absolutely loved reading it . Every observation is beautiful . But the lines in bold just tore through my heart . You have captured the essence of AN's complex relationship or for that matter any strong relationship in those few lines . We often end up (even if inadvertently) hurting the people we love the most , while all our tact and sense prevails with the rest of this world😊 ,simply because we want them to see through our thoughts and feelings the way we do it ourselves.

Brutal honesty and unparalleled love for each other , that is what symbolizes AN's characters to me and makes them so real and relatable , as opposed to the black and white world of extremes of Indian Television that is being portrayed for the last few years .

this part explains everything..
specially nikki'z hatred towards her father..
..
and it is valid.. whatever happend was so unfortunate.. .. mom dying in

front of that small soul was so heartwretching

last 3 paras took my heart away.. i cant see nikki in pain.. shes too fragile.. aww!
me feeling very bad for nikki.. (i can imagine abhis state too)

i love how you wrote all this..
in DMG they did not explain anything.. neither nikkis past nor abhiz..(in dmg he was blaming his wife for ruining his life but what happend wid him is still a Mystery ) leave..stupid DMG cvs 😡

and so i love this ff coz i get an explanaitn of evry small thing.. 😊

but now m eagerly waiting to see what would be abhis next step..
nikkki wont be surprised at his sudden softness towards her..
because he is like that.. first fight with her (unwillingly) sometimes willingly 😉and then makes up with her..😳
(and i love this make up part the most 😉 )☺️ you know wht i mean?😉
so untill he tells her she wont get to know about his meeting her father

but the point is i dont think abhi would keep it a secret..
he cant hide anything from his nikki.. he knows she would be hell angry on him but still he wil tell her..
honesty is another speciality of AN.. 😃

Pra, I read your last two updates yesterday and today and as usual i liked how you have written them.. :) In prev update i liked how A is still not sure if he is doing right thing behind N's back trying to find out things in her life that she is not ready to let him know... Also defnsive nature of her father when he sees A on his door.. I thought it was written really well..

About the latest part: I think you have shown N's past really well.. From N's point of view her father is kind of responsible for her mother's death and to see her dying infront of her eyes and not being able to do anything surely adds to the anger she feels for him.. You have perfectly reasoned her anger, her insecurities that the instant A is thinking about all that it seems right.. it seems like finally he understands her from that point of view too.. It would be interesting to see how things unfold now that A is aware of what happened and N doesnt know A knows :) Looking fwd.

PS: do not think that short comment over your these two updates as sign that i think less of these two.. its only time crunch that i am in right now or i would have written pages and pages on these :)

Hey Cherry , thanks for taking time out to write such lovely comments . They seriously provide life support to this otherwise dying thread and some spark of interest to its otherwise indifferent and bored author 😊

And now abt the update and the comment , not sure if anyone cares to know , but this FF was an attempt to wrap up all the lose ends in AN's story in the show and trust me , I for one thought there were just too many of them . As much as we hate the later portion of AN's track in the show , we cannot deny that it was the show and their vision of AN's characters that got us all hooked to them . But the lose ends bothered me and I wanted to write something where I could focus on all these things , N's past , A's brooding and tortured soul demeanor , Armaan's influence on Nikki , being the most important of these .

So , with this in mind , I am glad someone could relate this story to the missing links in the show.

And I always thought N was a far more cautious and guarded person , the way she used to push Abhi away from her , there had to be a very deep sense of insecurity and heartbreak that made her trust only Armaan's judgement in the early days or even her thinking that she was in love with him. I thought that kind of behavior could not be random and so I always thoughts Nikki's past must have been associated with a lot of pain. So in those terms , glad you find my writing detailed .

@bold part , haa haa , I know what you mean sweetie and I hope I dont disappoint you when we do come to the "making up" portions😉.

Pri , thanks dear and seriously you think I would complain on the size or content of your comments? Absolutely not . You are one of the very few reasons that I have some flicker of motivation in posting this FF to its completion (given the barrenness of this thread), or else it would have been another one of the mechanical things I am doing just because I have to do it since it was an endeavor I had started on my own with lot of excitement and enthusiasm and then abandoned and thus becoming something that needs to be brought to a proper end.

I cherish all your comments and love them .

They (your comments) , long or short have always been spot on and a pleasure to read . Like I said to Cherry' , a spark of interest for yours truly 😊.
