Why 'Aaja piya' ??

My question is , if Arnav is angry with Khushi then why "Aaja piya tohe pyar doon" song?
As far as i know, this song is not a roothna / manana song... from the first two lines it gives me a feeling that this song is more apt when someone is sad/depressed and not angry..
kis liye tu itna udaas --- thats how the second line goes right?
Is it that Arnav is not happy/sad /feeling down due to which Khushi will sing this?
Any thoughts?
