Yeah, the film had a 21 crore opening weekend! For a film targetting NRIs, with no hit songs, Americanish storyline, no desi content or desi masala that is HUGE. Abroad, the film opened up as Imran's biggest opening, MORE THAN MERE BROTHER KI DULHAN. Target audience, see? NRIs.

Compare that to Shahid-Priyanka's much more desi rom com's opening numbers. And yeah, you'll spot the difference. 😉

I know. I meant you were being sarcastic when you said katrina is a failure as she has had no 100 crore hits till date; meaning we cannot call asin a super-star based on those 100 crore movies, she has to do more than that! this member however totally misunderstood your point and started with the insults!

Real Post: Bhai High Paid ho ya Less Paid, now it is not the criteria 2 match stardom of a actor, some high paid actors gives duds as compare 2 less paid actors... Now if u see, more focus is on success meter as ur film do business on box office.

Asin is just 5 films old, here on IF people consider her as Trashy Actor as well as person, will say bullshit for her all day... but in reality, she has scored way too high than regular actress like Katrina, Deepika or IF's Queen "Vidya" Belan in terms of Box Office Success with Scoring 4 100 Cr films out of 5 films.

Here ppl will write Essays on Vidya's Acting, Charm but will criticize 100 Cr Club n ATBB, just coz Belan didn't have any of those things... i am sure if Belan wud have both 100 Cr n some ATBB 2 her career, same bunch of haters wud have been loving all these terms n films n actors associated with these films.

kareena is better to Asin but Asin is not bad ...she will have her share of success ...kareena is beyond comparison with a new comer ...kareena has reached there and asin is yet to reach there
