Whoo-hoo! Cannot get better than this. Though I HATE the forced marriage track- it only makes sense. Like many of you guys pointed out- given Anandis Character Sketch these past 4 years- Anandi falling in love with a guy before marriage right after her painful ordeal with Jughead seems a little far fetched. (No matter how good that potential guy is 😳).

And we have already heard Anandis take on arranged vs love marriage. So it only fits- that Anandi marries to make her family happy rather than out of her own will. Remember, it IS a village people. No matter how progressive Anandi may be, she might still be averse to falling in love with a guy.

Anyhoo, they have shown considerable progress in the Anandi- Shiv story anyways, so no complaint there. She may be hesitant to marry him- but does not mean she is hesitant to have his company. I think she has warmed upto him considerably over the past 1 month (despite the marriage proposal rejection fiasco). So yes, he does have a special place in her heart- and I think I can live with that. 😆

Waiting for the wedding now! 😃
