Nidhi plans a birthday surprise for Dr. Ashutosh i

After all the mishaps which took place because of Dr. Mallika, in Sony TV's Kuch Toh Log Kahenge, now Nidhi (Kritika Kamra) and Ashutosh (Sharad Kelkar) will get some time of celebration and romance.

In the coming episode, Nidhi will forget Ashutosh's birthday in her hectic schedule of Hospital and even miss to wish him. As she is shown to be very confused about her husband's love for her and is seen going through some files in the hospital and suddenly, she comes across a familiar date. She then realizes that she has forgotten her husband's birthday.

She immediately sets up a surprise birthday party to make Ashutosh happy and charmed by her. She gets excited about his birthday but without wasting time she arranges everything to make it perfect.

Nidhi controls her enthusiasm, when she is curiously probed by Baba who wants to know if she remembers anything about Dr Ashutosh's birthday.

As Nidhi doesn't reveal that she is aware of the important day, a sense of irritation appears on the face of Dr. Ashutosh and it only intensifies as she requests him that she would want to sleep early. Dr Nidhi then decorates the entire hall and at the strike of 12, she wakes up Dr. Ashutosh with a heart touching peck and in addition to all the guests, who have been invited for the bash.
