Other than that, Mr. Anna Hazare has revealed that he has 'proof' that Dr. Pranab Mukherjee is corrupt (..and I am not that surprised 😃)

So what? Mr. Anna Hazare for the next presidential election? 😃

Mr anna hazare wants every Govt official to live like him...make no property...stay in mandir...leave family...!!...Do social service aur Govt ko pain maro.

Why will anyone take up politics if they have to live like Anna Hazare 😆

I personally feel Pranab can be a good PM candidate:)

Dear Lord, anyone but Manmohan Singh. The guy is the PM of the largest democracy of the world and yet barely anyone knows his views and thoughts on economic policies, how to boost growth, how to deal with high levels of poverty etc. I could care less about the large amount of degrees and scholarships he has, he has never once proven himself to be worthy of the PM post. Dunya ko chodo, Indians themselves have barely ever heard him say even 2 words. We do not need a leader that will sit quietly. Having said that, nor do we want another Congress leader that will make many promises and do nothing at all.

As controversial as this may sound, I think Modi would be great. He has done wonders for Gujarat in terms of development!

Coming back to the presidency. Give it time, Pranab'ji' is yet to prove his worth. I would like to see another president like Kalam. Now he was one intelligent guy!

Do you not want him as PM because he sits quietly? 😕
Who could have proved himself worthy enough of PM's post even under such stress Indian economy is going through?
I think it's valid, why he is so shy... he is a man of few words, that's his nature - people need to respect for who he is. This is no post-independence stage or anything to make orations.
Besides, he does speak...at meetings, summits, etc. whatever little he speaks do get published in the magazines. He's not the PM for nothing. I dont understand why he's always criticized, can anyone suggest ways to become a better Executive? Just because India's economy is at cross-roads, it does not mean we have a bad administrator. There are numerous factors responsible for whatever's happening.
Holding the PMO is not a dummy's job... he's got most responsiblities than anyone else in the country. The country infact, is miraculously running inspite of population explosion, corruption, poverty, economic/financial stress, Eurozone crisis etc. ~ thanks to him he isnt losing his mind!
People need to appreciate where it's due. He's a leader amidst a corrupted system, he has been known to be 'clean'.
And it's not ONLY the PM that is responsible for whatever happens in the entire nation... afterall, he's sitting in a PMO, how can he be responsible for the entire nation? Ofcourse it's him that directs the entire govt, but it's the officials at lower levels that have to implement correctly. And, also the 'Prime Minister's Office' that consists of Secretaries that involve in 'advising' the PM.. infact, the entire policy-making, directing the govt thing goes about in the PMO... how can Manmohan alone be blamed now?

If not, then there needs to be a revolution in India. This revolution must be bloody if needed and must pass over the top of the Congress party and create the much needed room for Indian democracy to become Indian again.

to become Indian again?
Could you elaborate, please? :)
And what is a good political party according to you? Why do you despise Congress so much?

I think I described in it my other thread. An Indian Political party needs to be headed by an Indian with Indian values.

I would like NDF/BJP for the next term, and hopefully Narendra Modi ji as our next Prime Minister. I don't think it is necessary to elaborate because the records speak volumes for my choices and rejections.
Jai Hind

I didnt read your other thread... please post 'em here if you'd like a discussion or atleast reason your thoughts :)
what are you talking about . The PM, Dr. Manmohan Singh is the leader of the majority, ruling party... he is an Indian.. 😕
Who do you want to become the next PM is your personal choice, I have no comments :)
@bold --- sure, you havent answered my questions as it is... anyways, talking about RECORDS.
#1 - Indian National Congress has been the oldest political party. It's been triumphant most number of times than any party in India.
#2 - BJP's members have the most number of criminal records than any political party in India :)
#3 - BJP has pro-Hindu in a secular country like India.
What do you have to say about these records??

Those who had to win have won and those who had to lose have lost. Sangma and Mamta di sulking, Sonia ji beaming, Mayawati's statue beheaded and Pratibha Patil (Indian lady) given farewell.
Alls well that ends well.
Democracy zindabaad 🥳

the most beautiful picture is when madam patil waves and thanks us foolish indians for bearing travel expenses of her entire family. A nice pic was circulating in FB, its not found anymore

Will the newspaper and eveyone else going overboard with first bengali president stop making it such a big deal? to kya ukhar liya humne? As a bengali, i feel incredibly stupid when i see this been made as a reason of celebration.

Oh he might , as the President, okay that internet content bill or whatever that will make sure no one posts anything against INC, The Gandhi family, and every other you touch and I will droop groups.
