dumbledore's death-a new idea

i was just readin hp5 for the nth time(lost the count ,lol)

an idea struck to me...now that jk s declared that dum is dead, and also that snape is a good cter,iam tryin for new answers

i think that though dum is dead,he may not be killed ,i mean he might have chosen to die....

1.when vernon tried to hold harry's neck in the beginning of hp 5(feltcher disappartating,chapter1) he recieved a sort of electric shock,much like prof of DADA in the first year,4got his name recieved,

does this mean that even bad muggles cant touch harry?

2.when dementors came around harry,and dudley struck harry,he dropped his wand on the floor,then how come when he said LUMOS,the light got on?does this mean that its not always necassry to hold wands? then y dint dum use this technique when draco disarmed him on the top of astronomy tower?

i think sumthings wrong with JKR

JKR accepts that she's not god.. she's always said that she's made a lot of mistakes... sum of which has made her to literally paint herself into a corner. Like she has sort of regretted them.

Also one question that I have is.... when in the whole wide world did JKR or should I say JR (read my post The JKR Fact File for more info on that.) say that snape is innocent?????

i was woundering ma self how comes u can use a wand without holding?
abt snape as i have said before lets wait for the 7 book n thn see who is he sso no comments on snape 😊

guys ..... we are also forgetting one main important thing.... There is also something called as wandless magic... we 've seen harry do it many times before. even before he ever knew about hogwarts.

What i mean to say that the magic resides inside a wizard not in his wand... we have seen dumbledore too mutter incantations during the cave scene in HBP when he is checking for hidden and concealed traces of magic and again in the "The Lightening Struck Tower" when he is lifting the spells he had himself placed on the walls of hogwarts.

Also in the scene that you mention... the wand is merely an inch or two away from his hand.

My theory is that if you have got sufficiently developed magic powers, and if in a special case the wand is merely a few inches away then maybe it may be possible to perform simple spells without specifically touching the wand...

Also we must not forget that in the Wizard world, excuse me for saying this but the normal rules and regulations do not seem to apply to Harry. He has got one gift that Voldy cannot defeat. Voldy can have all the power, money, magic in the world..... but he cannot have control over Harry who is his mortal enemy....

Bite Dust Voldy.... Harry is comming for you..... to avenge his Parents, to avenge Sirius, to avenge Dumby, to avenge for the atrocities that you've committed.....

Run Voldy Run but you can't hide.....
