@dancesismyworld, I completely understand what you are saying.
My thoughts are completely aligned with Ria on this one. I also watch Mittal's other show since I started watching PV just because I was curious to see how they handle a story and I was amazed at the way they take the crux of a story and slowly unwrap it layer by layer. We got 4 promos before the show started and I think in those 4 promos the CVs laid out the entire story of PV that will be shown to us in stages.
You are right I have felt too that Aarti's POV is shown a lot of times but when I look back I see lot of phases in the story until now where Yash's POV was at the forefront. Ria mentioned some in her post. I was one of the few people who did not want Aarti falling in love first. But I have resigned myself to the fact that that is how the CVs are going to show it and knowing Mittals I am sure they have a reason for it too. I too have been feeling frustrated that Yash seems so unaffected in this "Love Track". Love Track means just that where two people feel they are falling in love and I didn't see anything from Yash until yesterday's episode. It is natural to feel frustrated. But yesterday we see that one moment where Yash clearly felt something. And my faith in Mittals tell me that they are going to show Yash open up from now on. Yash is not made of stone and it is only a matter of time before Yash starts responding to the love Aarti gives out in spades. And I think the time is arriving sooner than later.
One thing I love though about the way they have built Yash's character is that he is so believable. He is someone who has lots of issues and not a knight in shining armor like many shows portray their heroes to be. I have noticed this about the hero in Mittal's other show too. And in both the shows the girls are the light in the lives of their husbands. It is the woman who give them the strength and courage to face adversities in life. What a refreshing thing that is, as compared to always having a woman who is a damsel in distress and the guy given an almost God like status.
