nice post. @tm.
law and legal issues come second.Everyone has right to donate kidney and money exchanges are usually done illegally bcoz everyone know that they can't sell body organs. In reality also,it will be like donaton but behind screens ,its selling.
The first point in our HD and Indira case is her brain tumour. No patient suffering from brain and blood cancer will be allowed to donate organs.Because brain and blood are things which are in contact with all organs of the body.their mal functioning or defects may result in defects of other organs in the body.Especially Brain. In reality, doctors never take chances of taking organs of such people bcoz donor's and receiver's life will be in danger.
Before evn donating blood,so many tests will be done to ensure tht the donor is healthy. And cv's are showing Kidney donating very easy and simple. This time I am not surprised so much bcoz after seeing previous incidents like Indira got cured after she was stabbed By vidit without any sticthes and proper medical attention.Rishi didnot get a any part damaged after falling frm heights and being beaten badly. No proper food for several days.he was tied, still he did first aid to Indira.Sunaina delivery in house itself .
So now if today Indira's donate her kidney also we all need not be surprised.Instead we should be happy tht HD cv's rewritting medicine

IN TODAYS EPISODE THEY SHOWED THE DOCTOR HIMSELF ALLOWING HER TO DONATE THE KIDNEY.DOES THAT MEAN THE TUMOUR IS A LOCALISED ONE ( IN MEDICAL TERMS IT IS CALLED BENIGN TUMOUR WHICH CAN BE SURGICALLY REMOVED ) ??
IN ONE SCENE THEY SHOW DOCTOR TELLING THAT TUMOUR IS ADVANCED,SPREADING TO OTHER VITAL ORGANS..(IN MEDICAL TERMS IT IS A MALIGNANT TUMOUR, THE ONE WHICH SPREADS)
LIKE CRAZY THE CVS ARE CHANGING THE STATUS OF HER TUMOUR AND MOST IMPORTANTLY THEY SHOW THIS IN SCENES WITH A DOCTOR.yOU ARE CLEARLY MAKING A JOKE OF THE MEDICAL FIELD IN MY VIEW. YOU ARE SHOWCASING THIS ON A NATIONAL TELEVISION

not true even if u r diseased, some patients can still donate. it may be that it can only be dead patients bc people w/ certain stds can donate if it is not a blood born disease. i dont know about cancer but generally there is a lot more flexibility when donating a kidney in terms of helath status. weird but true. it may be that organs are the last part of the body that get hits w/ a disease since most people die when lungs, kidneys, heart stop functioning as opposed to the bloodstream. i dont noe wild guess here. maybe thats y she can still donate

I dont look for logic anymore in HD. I have completely surrendered by brain to CV's when it comes to HD😳. Just watch and enjoy😉. The good thing about doing that is, not only you wont get worked up, but also you will be tension free😃. i am 100% sure that Indu wont die. Now how will that happen in such an advanced stage of tumour? Should i worry? Not at all😆. CVs will definitely come up with their own set of logic to take care of that. I just think of that dettol moment once again and sit back tension free. If Indu's life can be saved with dettol (a deep cut to vital organs by a knife, which would normally require immediate medical care and also fatal), this is only a tumour which will need time to grow and more over she is given 30 days too. I would say that is more time, considering the fatal knife cut. I just hope that tumour too cannot be cured by dettol. Warna mein has has ke paagal ho jaaungi. 🤣
