Scene: Ghana jungle... aadhi raat... akeli ladki.. Jalidevi..Bade se pepal ke ped ke neeche baith kar tapasya kar rahi hai... usne kapde kuch yun pehene the... choli with a dori (hindi mein tube top), lamba sa ghagra, sir par pallu... saare mahatvapoorna cheeze (important parts) dikh raha hai.. jaise gale se seena (hindi mein clevage), poori kamar aur ek dum chipka hua pet, size 36,24,36...

Uski tapasya aaj suru nahi hui.. usne to bohot pehle se suru kar di thi.. roz mandir jaa kar doodh, prasad chadana, ityadi (hindi mein bole to etc).. uski tapasya ki goonj badal ke garaj ki goonj ke jiyada zordar tha... Is tarah tap karte huye bohot samay guzar gaya (dead nahi time pass ho gaya)...

Once again we welcome you to yet another addition of the Director's Cut ! Thank you for all the lovely feedback... please keep encouraging us...

Daiya Ho - The Return of the Anaconda !!!

I, once again had a very long day at work today... reached home just about at the time for our favorite serial to start... After the tiring day, I just wanted to sit back, relax, enjoy without having to bear through some heavy emotional drama ! And voila... I got some light hearted comedy, a little over the top even, some romance, some suspense, a little emotion... wasn't buaji emotional when Arnav told her the story of the tortured mother in law ! 😉 So all in all... I got what I really wanted to see... Thank you CVs, yet again !!!

At the Gupta's...

So... the episode started with Khushi's web of lies yet again... once again she managed to dodge Arnav in meeting Buaji... but could she do it for a long time? Arnav came back with the doctor... luckily for Khushi... Buaji was sleeping at the time... Khushi yet again weaved another story of Buaji's sad and pathetic life which ultimately resulted in Buaji falling sick... our good hearted doctor was convinced easily ! 😆 And leaves after prescribing some medicines, rest and for Khushi to stay with Buaji for a few days to help her out !

The Kissa of the Kiss... and the return of the Dhak ❤️ Dhak !!!

What happens next is what we all were waiting for so long... the kiss ! Oh well, yes I know, it was not THE kiss... but as they say in Hindi... doobtey ko tinkey ka sahara ! We waited and we waited and we waited for the first complete hug... and when it did happen... it was Magic on the screens ! So I'm hoping the wait for the kiss results in similar consequences !!!

When Khushi asks for the prescription from Arnav... he denies it... he says he'll give it only on one condition and that she knows the condition ! He once again comes close to her... as Khushi starts blushing... there's no one to disturb them here... no "Chhotey" calls from Anjali or Nani or interrupted knocks from HP, not even Lakshmiji... Only Buaji, who is sleeping peacefully in the next room. Arnav knows that ! And boy... is he glad ! 😃 And aren't we happy !!! 😆

But alas, Khushi being Khushi... she is no less... after all she is Mrs. Arnav Singh Raizada... his equal in all respects ! She manages to snatch the prescription from him and tells him he lost the challenge... Arnav, pleasantly surprised at his wife... informs her he never loses a challenge... He is after all... Arnav Singh Raizada... he kisses her long and hard on the cheek and leaves a flushed Khushi behind ! 😳What was Khushi's first reaction... shock... no ! A smile... welcome surprise !😍

Later at the Gupta's...

Khushi receives the call from the landlord and realizes that Arnav has cleared the pending rent which blows Khushi's top... when The Raizada returns, equally mad at her.. for he has caught on to the web of lies (Finally... phew!!)

Before Khushi is able to say anything, Arnav starts repeating Khushi's story in front of Buaji who is emotionally upset... (Loved the way Arnav narrated the whole sob saga and Buaji's reactions to it... Barun Sobti and Abha Parmar were superb here !)

Khushi stops Arnav before he could divulge more... and takes him away to her room! Point to note... The doors at Gupta house have latches, unlike the Huge Mansion of the Raizadas ! Arnav locks the room and asks Khushi why she lied to him about Buaji... but madam is in no mood to answer... She has her own questions for him... Why did he pay the rent when she could have somehow managed it, why did he have to do another favor to them !!! Arnav Singh Raizada will not take it lying down... Khushi is his wife and He is not only responsible for her, but he cares equally for her family as well... They are NOW his family !!! Khushi is flustered !

At the Raizada's...

Someone has been giving blank calls at the Raizada's land line... which annoys Manorama Maami and Naani... and suddenly we see Anji baby want to go for a round outside the house... alone ! When she is late in returning... the mother hen... Maami is worried and comes out of the house to check up on her... what does she see... Anjali at the gate of the house talking to someone... Maami calls her and Anjali pretends to be talking on the phone... and by the grace of Devi Maiyya... the phone rings just when Anjali is "talking" on it !!! The Bond in Maami has returned and it seems it's time for another episode of "inbhestigasion kare ka padi"

We all know whose phone calls are these... the first time when he called, we saw the first signs of change in Anjali... no more tears (No.. it's not a certain baby shampoo that she has started to use 😆)... she spoke to Khushi too... although was too cold, which Khushi immediately felt. And now with the blank calls returning... probably as a signal for her to come out... (Ahem... why didn't he... the-one-who-shall-not-be-named... directly call Rudaali... err.. I mean.. Poojali... err... I mean... you know who I mean... Anjali on her mobile in the first place !!!) 🤪

I never knew I would be so happy to anticipate the on-screen return of the villain in a love story... But yayyy !!!!

Our cupid Villain is about to make a reappearance... with Akash Bitwa on a trip to Mumbai land, and Arnav Bitwa in La La Land now a days... The stupid cupid is going to take full advantage, eh !!!

Today I dedicate my post to The Return of SMJ !!! 🥳🥳

Dear Fellow Viewer & Reader welcome to yet another edition of DC .. on the face of it an episode packed with slap stick comedy ... on the face of it some Tall Tales .. on the face of it a harassed husband .. on the face of it a relaxed sister rebuilding her life .. on the face of it a harassed wife who is digging herself in a hole .. But was that all the Lens was showing to us today ?? .. hmm lets c guys this was all packed in an 18 minutes of some comedy & some very sweetly Hot moments .. just another day at the IPK ..

For a moment after seeing the episode today .. i was left stumped .. my first thought was .. whoa whoa what just happened .. it looked like a regular OTT filled episode .. with not much to really write home about .. then the title song ( Jhoot Bole ) kept playing in my mind .. & viola .. thats when the subtle beauty of this episode hit me .. ..

Yesterdays DC . i covered the MASKS . that the ReeL woman of IPK were wearing .. today .. i saw the WEB of Deciet the 2 woman were weaving .. its kinda a awry .. the similarities these 2 woman share .. & the way they behave ... BUT isn't it strange .. the only place they differ .. is one is practicing deceit .. to KEEP A FAMILY TOGETHER .. & the others Deciet ... Will make the FAMILY GO ASUNDER

The Epsiode starts with Khushi spotting Arnav coming back to GH .. she waylays Buaji & calls Arnav .. saying they were in the hospital & to please pick them up from there ..

... pause ... aaj ka jhoot no. 1 ...

She then moves to the house puts buaji to sleep & calls Arnav to tell him she was home & to please go home .. & not come to GH..

... pause ... ... aaj ka jhoot no.2 ...

She meets Arnav on the door of GH with a doctor who goes ahead to examine Buaji .. she manages to shun Arnav out of the room & the spins a story for the doctor .. .

... pause ... aaj ka jhoot no. 3 ...

She then leads the doctor outside & meets with Arnav & spins him another pack of lies & tells him she has to go get the prescription ... they have a moment ...

... pause ... aaj ka jhoot no. 4 ...

Now on monday before she left RM she lied to nani & payal .. saying i have to go for Buaji's sake as she is not well

... pause ... jhoot no. 5 ...

Now on tuesday she lied to Nani & Payal on the phone pretending to be Buaji & said she was unwell ...

... pause ... jhoot no. 6 ...

Now on monday, tuesday & wednesday .. she lied to her husband .. Yep Mr Raizada that she is here on temporary reprive .. SHE LIED BY OMMISSION .. THAT SHE IS NOT COMING BACK TO HIM ..

... pause ... Jhoot No. 7 ...

Khushi Kumari Gupta .. ( ahem ) Singh Raizada .. time is up .. 7 lies are up .. . 7 times are up ... they say na .. 7 attempts to murder the truth is done ... . INTERESTING ... all these 7 lies were for BREAKING THE SACRED 7 VOWS ... to sever the 7 vows of matrimony ...

Now who GOD has joined together .. Let no man do asunder .. So Ms. Khushi Kumari Gupta ( ahem ) Singh Raizada .. WHO R U to break this Divine Connection ...

Today after a long time the romance starved soul of this writer was given a pittance .. & what a pittance .. superb .. somehow yesterday i felt that Rabba vey did not pack the usual PUNCH .. but then bang today .. the kiss punched me out of the room .. 😉😳

Scene : Khushi Arnav Uninterrupted Kiss Oh or was it interrupted ? 😉

Khushi is struggling to reach the prescription which is with Arnav who is holding it far from reach .. Khushi keeps struggling to reach closer .. & ends up in very close proximity to Arnav .. who promptly goads her if she wants the paper all she had to do was let him kiss her ( implied) .. he moves in close to her .. & she lets him .. finally when he is most close .. she pulls the paper from his hand .. saying well she won the challenge .. turns a little .. with Arnav coming from the back .. sliding his hand on her shoulder to hold her .. & bends in & gives her a deep kiss on her cheek .. A stunned Khushi .. looks on when Arnav raises his head & tells her That he Never looses a challenge ...

Pause Pause Pause ...

After a long time the essence of romance which we all fell in love with was shown to us on IPK .. superb .. wonderful & brilliantly executed shot

The First Missed Kiss : Just as Khushi tries to reach for the paper .. the Way Arnav clasps her by the waist bringing her closer whoa whoa .. Superb execution .. then look at the proximity shown here .. Nothing better to highlight the Chemistry between the leads .. then .. Barun Sobti .. & his amazing talent to modulate his voice to low & husky .. takes the sHart dialogue to another level ..

Now move to the bend for the kiss .. superb angle for the camera the low angle .. highlights the bend .. & a superb angle .. since Barun looks absolutely dishy in low angle shots . ( even i would've planted one today 😉) ... the absolutely fantastic BG music used .. added to the fun in the romance bit ... then when Sanaya pulls away ... whooops .. please pause here guys .. please please .. LOOK AT BARUN SOBTI expression .. the man is completely WONDERFUL ..when it comes to showing desire .. he looks like he is jerked from the most intense feeling .. the move to smirk .. knowing if he is affected she is equally affected was a complete treat to watch ..

Then the dialogue .. for me the dialogue of the day .. when he says .. I lost the Bet .. but why is your heart beat pumping .. MAN O MAN .. where does he learn to modulate his voice to such a sexy pitch .. floored honey .. superb Mr. Khan .. bang on dialogue . to convey ... the depth of romance .. & aptly spoken by dreamboat himself ..

Then the Kiss ... kya bolun ... i know a lot of you were wondering why not a straight out lip smack ... i will ask you why??? .. why do v want to see back to camera of 2 of the most beautiful people .. on TV today ... what will a back to camera lip smack do when to create romance all u need is the perfect blend of moments .. like .. the moment Aranv walks up to her & places his arm around his shoulder .. POSSESSION .. U R MINE ...

Then he bends down ... A Places a warm .. LONG peck on the cheek .. of HIS WIFE .. the best thing in this shot is the length of the kiss . the beautiful pause .. so u as viewer know its not a PECK .. its a CARESS .. .. does this do any less for us .. HELL NO .. Mr. Khan ur lens delivered today ... A Husband telling Bye to his wife .. says it with a peck on the cheek .. & when that husband is deeply in lust with said wife .. oooh he does it with a caress .. SUPERB SUPERB .. & Thank you for this ..

A well balanced episode...Not fiendishly excellent but a vintage IPK mid week episode!!A sweet concoction of Romance,drama,suspense,comedy and the return of the quintessential Bond-Mamiji..Hope she comes to some use this time...

You see I'm a lazy person when it comes to fiction...And analyzing fiction was never my forte..But receiving that PM..I really couldn't keep my hands off this page and so I reserved a space and here I am..But as usual I'll keep it short!!😃

The conscious Damaadji,the flirtatious lover-husband observing his wife's every move with his killer trademark smirk is back..For those who thinks that ASR is lost in oblivion...believe me when I say this..You'll get 'ASR' in RM ..at GH he is Arnav..or I probably won't be off beam to say he's the long-lost little boy Arnav Malik...lost in the anonymity of being a 'successful tycoon'

It's nice to see that the sexual tension is back between ASR and Khushi...It's totally logical that their flirtings are not limited within some random RV's and gust of wind...ASR is Khushi's husband and he doesn't miss a chance to exercise that right...though in a gentle and loving manner...No wonder the audience is loving it!!

Can I say that I'm loving the flustered Khushi too..Not ready to give in but can't ignore the passion that surges within her newfound womanhood in company of her knight-in-shining-armour!!It somehow brings back the sweet memories of the sangeet days!!

Thank You CV's for finally giving us an 'invisible' glimpse of an other damaadji of the house!!So Anjali's was having a short tete-e-tete with her husband...And thank You once again for bringing a Mami into the picture..The same Mami who once became that old and wise banyan tree who supported and gave strength to Khushi while her nephew was kidnapped!!

A confused Buaji...She'll soon know the truth behind her Sanka Devi's contract...

Now CV's,main aayi aayi aayi...

1.I thought there was a thin line of difference between humour and OTT comedy..A little of bit of comedy is like a breath of fresh air in an otherwise hefty episode..But if I'm not wrong...the memories of the previous OTT track that was pathetically dished out to the viewers is pretty much intact in our memory!!So I hope we don't go back there!!With the promising precap,can we hope not to have anymore OTT stuff??!!😕

2.I'm probably one of the biggest supporters of this character ASR..And so I won't sit quiet if I see this character is being messed with...Can we get an improved wardrobe for ASR,Puhleej!!Hopefully some new shirts..Not to talk about that hideous stuff in the name of gelled hair!!

3.Barun..Hun..Why are slouching sooo much these days??ASR doesn't slouch!!I hope you don't wanna foul up this character!!Do you need a virtual whacking from this phrustrated fan-girl now??Believe me,I'll really keep it gentle😳

4.Now 6 months is over!!So Anjali must be at least 7 months pregnant at the moment!!Are the viewers taken for granted??Your actress doesn't wanna wear a baby bump..that's your concern but you can't fool the audience this way,period!

5.What was the need for that camera-angle kiss??And if it wasn't camera-angle why wasn't there a proper close-shot??You got it wrong CV's.. IPK Viewers aren't to be fooled..Specially when the real thing is a blockbuster hit on You-tube!!😃

In the midst of all the rantings,I'd love to say that I loved Khushi caressing her hot,flushed cheek after the kiss...I was waiting such a scene where she reminisces the effect that Arnav has on her body and soul,specially after marriage!!

With remarriage and Shyam's entry on the cards,here's hoping for some high-voltage drama and some really hot and passionate romance in IPK land...

Won't blabber about TRP...I have ranted enough today on that topic!!😃

Regret. Remorse. Redemption?

Ah, so you are probably wondering why I would start my take on today's DC with the theme of Regret, Remorse and Redemption. Especially in an episode which on the surface provides a light and fluffy look at The Wooing of Khushi Kumari Gupta by Arnav Singh Raizada and the Mystery of the Missed Calls or The Strange Conversations of Anjali Shyam Manohar Jha - a slightly more insidious track.

I've noticed how on this forum people have remarked that Arnav Singh Raizada has to have a REGRET track and a REDEMPTION track, followed by a RE-MARRIAGE track. Notice, there is no track required for REMORSE. So I thought, just as he is on the cusp of finding out what love and life is all about, why not spend a minute on these three feelings or acts and how they play into today's episode?

Regrets are all about action and inaction. It is the feeling you get when you feel you should have done something and you didn't or conversely the feeling you get when you do something that you know you shouldn't have done. It doesn't have anything to do with guilt or the feeling of guilt.

Today Khushi continued with her charade. She spun more lies than she ever did before. She acted out stories. She told innumerable lies to her husband and her buaji and the doctor... the list goes on...

Khushi plays life as the cards are dealt. She does not hold her hand and wait for the right moment to show her hand or call someone's bluff. But she did do all this before, didn't she? She bided her time with Shyam, carefully chalking out a strategy to lull him before she struck. So does the credit for that go to NK? Yeap. Does she regret doing what she did? Never. She stood up proud and said, 'Yes, I did it. I had to fool you.' Because the end justified the means.

But she hasn't thought this one through. She, whose happiness depends on other's happiness, is for the first time behaving selfishly, yes, she is (although in a totally adorable, forgivable way). Because for the first time, she is protecting herself (or so she believes). Here she is getting all 'uljhao'ed in her own lies - they're not even half-truths. These are not white lies. They are lies about the people she loves - Buaji and Arnav. They are lies told to people she loves - Nani, Payal, Buaji, Arnav... How long will she continue lying? They carry a price tag and she will probably have to pay for it.

In a strange twisted way, she is in the process of making Arnav pay for all he said and did to her.

For Arnav, the watershed moment of his life was also an ill-thought out plan to keep his sister safe. Marry the woman who could hurt her (and has already hurt him). His knowledge of Khushi's innocence and his subsequent feelings for her finally brought him the realization of her importance in his life - Shyam or no Shyam. He regrets HOW he married her but he NEVER regrets marrying her. Oh yes, he might have said stuff like 'Inside this room, my life is hell'. But he was in hell those days, right after his marriage. He has even said, that the marriage is a contract (what contract - its not even legal! its just a verbal weapon which he uses) and he will hold Khushi to it.

He is still unaware of how much that 'contract' has affected his life, because it is not him, but Khushi who is holding him to the terms now. He is caught with his own words.

Anjali is setting out on a mysterious path - with blank calls and conversations behind closed doors -gates in this case, with mysterious callers who we haven't seen yet. (The bets are on - its the Snake!!) The secretive side of Anjali has started to come out. And today, she has also lied bold-faced to her Mamiji. (The return of Manorama Bond! Whew!! I was wondering when she would surface). On a side note: Glad that Mamiji didn't blame Anjali's lying at Khushi's door as well.

Anjali is fully aware that the actions that she is taking are wrong. She feels guilt. But no regret and therefore, we have to wait and see how this plays out in her version of Regret, Remorse and Redemption.

Remorse is something that Khushi feels, right now. Its a deeper level of regret, mixed in with guilt. And yes, Khushi feels guilty about what she is doing. Her constant conversations with Devi Mayya prove that. But is it going to help? Not really, Because her remorse is short lived. She is not willing to let go of what she feels will happen if she were to relent to her husband's incessant battering of her defences against him! Oh there was remorse as she smiled after that kiss and then quickly pulled herself together again. Remorse is followed by action. Inaction just brings it back to regret.

Arnav feels remorse especially when he knows he's made a mistake. The night before her birthday. he feels remorse, and immediately comes back to ask forgiveness. Unfortunately, if you make the same mistake over and over again, forgiveness is hard to come by. And he had just crossed that line with Khushi. She could forgive him, but not forget what he told her. So now, while he is on his biwi-manao andolan, she is refusing to be manao-ed. He knows it.

He shows his remorse through his actions, his words and now through his love. His heart and mind and body and soul is hers. She just needs to reach out and take it. Never before in their relationship had they ever come to such a point, until after he was kidnapped. He acknowledged the change within himself and his relationship with her reached a new level. Today he proved that over and over again, not just to her, but to her Buaji. He fully accepts his responsibility of his entire family, and that includes his wife's family. He sees the two of them as part of a whole. His concern for Buaji and her financial issues is praise-worthy in a son, let alone a son-in-law. And he does it without fuss or pretension - ASR doesn't need to talk the talk, he walks it!

He is also revelling in the role of husband. He loves it. He loves his wife and doesn't mind driving four times to her house in ONE day - just so he spends more time with her. More Quality time that is. (I won't even go into the 'Haq hai... mujh pe' and 'Lagi sharth', never mind the 'You know what I want!' my drool string is hitting the floor right now)😳

Like it or not, Arnav is firmly on the path to Redemption. Like I've mentioned before, it started the night of Preeto's wedding - when he decides that he wants to become the husband that Khushi painted for her mother. He wants to amend the wrong he has done.

The word redemptio is the Latin Vulgate rendering of Hebrew kopher and Greek lytron - which generally meant "ransom-price". In the New Testament of the Bible it is the classic term designating the "great price".

Redemption pre-supposes the rise of (a) man to great heights, the fall from that height by wrong doing, followed by the acceptance of satisfactory amends for the wrong (by God - or the victim) and then the deliverance of the the wrong doer back to his original elevation - in his own eyes.

Arnav Singh Raizada was a man who was at a great height. Despite his 'money can buy anything' attitude, in his personal life he had fairly strict moral codes and values. Then he committed one act, he robbed an innocent girl of her innocence and ruined her life - for all of (i am lost at this point.. how many months IS it?) three/four/five months. He fell from his great height - and he realizes now that he fell in his own eyes. Notice there are few, if any scenes of him in mirrors any more. Now he is paying the price to make amends to Khushi for it. His redemption can only be complete if Khushi accepts his offering - his ransom price. Right now, he has no acceptance from her. And without Khushi's acceptance, his redemption will not be complete. She is unaware that he brought her back from the jaws of death and he has never told her that. I don't know if he ever will. Until she accepts his amends as 'satisfactory', he will never find his deliverance.

Right now, he is a thwarted and perplexed man. His wife has been lying to him, and ASR needs to know why! The precap says 'here's your clue!' so I have hope.

After thoughts

So many of them!!

It was ASR's show today. The feelings in his eyes, his possessiveness, his openness is heart-wrenching. You want Khushi to accept him already! The slow build up on anger in his eyes - they become flatter, harder, as he recounts her story to her Buaji, all the while letting her know exactly what he thought of her telling a complete stranger that he was a BAD husband...ummm yeah until about a month ago? Wasnt that true? Par aaj dil pe lagaa!!

Khushi's strange story. I'll leave the Reduxians to decode that one. I am sure there are hidden meanings in it... just too sleepy to decode it right now.

I loved the way that in a complete role-reversal Khushi advances on him and he backs up into the door. Methinks Babua liked it, was perhaps even liking it a little ...before her words hit at him. So of course, he has to take his rightful position - swings her around, and backs her up instead!

Tomorrow he finds out why wifey has left him, while he flips a calendar with 'Happiness' on it. Is that what the morrow will bring?

I forgot : There was one more mystery: ❓The Mystery of the Non-Existent Baby Bump. Six months and no-show...😕 me totally confused 😲, shocked and awed... Someone please tell me what is the secret to those flat abs?

Firstly, really loved Ruby's analysis..yesterday about Masks & today deceits!! lovely⭐️! Loved how you connected the 7 lies, the 7 unfulfilled marital vows, the 7 steps of ArHi journey & thus leading us to what will be their next step now!! Amazing one 👏👏

Another beautifully balanced episode by CVs 😃...lovely blend of comedy, humour, romance, suspense & very smoothly bringing the "End of contract marriage" Track to the Limelight, coupled with the our dear Snakewa knocking at the doors, signalling the, "Return of Anaconda" (as Ritzy puts it), very soon !!

Now talking about the episode, Today we again saw Khushi engulfing herself in the even bigger webs of lies, much bigger than she could ever manage & hence eventually getting caught at the hands of one person who knew she is indeed playing the "hide & seek " with him, & whom she knew is the only person who could catch her lies the most easily!! It makes me ponder over the two happenings of the previous two episodes:

* First, Arnav mentioning Hide & Seek when he brought Doctor for Buaji's checkup. Since the day khushi had decided to come to GH on pretext of Buaji's illness, arnav had an inkling that she was hiding something from him. He tried asking her about it, even tried giving her space like a husband should thinking that she would eventually tell if anything was bothering her. His doubts rising with her every action, be it not smiling at his "mausam hai suhana" song, or being too much worried about buaji's health & yet, not even letting him see buaji or talk to her on phone & not even allowing him to do anything for Buaji's health by giving various excuses. Still ASR being ASR does get his own way & finally brings Doctor home for checkup, but when put up with a Silly question as to why did he bring a doctor home, he answers her with the same thought that has been hovering in his mind...i.e. to play hide & seek!! He knows subconsciously that Khushi has been playing hide & seek with him, hiding the real truth, hiding the love that she has for him!! However, till then he still didn't know her reasons, however by the end he does get to know that she indeed has been lying & as seen in precap he'll even realize the reasons too!!

** Secondly, Khushi also knows that Arnav is the only person who would catch her lies, who could remove the mask that she has adorned in front of others. This is why, While imitating buaji, when she was not even scared of talking to payal, her own sister who has lived with buaji & khushi for so many years, but she instantly denied talking to arnav on phone!! she very well knew, in fact was confident that her lies, her mask would not work in front of him & he will catch her lies!! She knows that he knows her too well, no wonder that while lying to everyone at RM she could look into their eyes & could easily tell them her concocted story, but when it came to arnav she even avoided looking straight into his eyes fearing that he would instantly know that something is amiss!! Thus even when arnav comes GH for the last time & sees Buaji perfectly fit & fine, khushi wasn't that afraid as somewhere she knew this coming...she knew sooner than later he will catch her!! This is how beautifully they know & understand each other, just caught between fires & havoc of circumstances & truly the star-crossed lovers or I may say Star-crossed Soul Mates!!

Coming to another central woman of the show - Anjali, as wonderfully analyzed by Ruby that Masks & Deceits are a common feature between the two central ladies of the show, but what differentiates is where they put it to use!! Anjali has already started lying to her family, first getting mysterious calls & now having secret meetings...however just like Masks & deceits & also love for Arnav, I guess Anjali & khushi have one more similarity, that they both are horrible at lying & thus get caught easily!! If for khushi it was arnav, It is Manorama Bond for anjali...the same way she had caught khushi lying during the kidnapping track, seems like here also she'll be the one revealing the truth behind anjali's secretiveness!! She didn't question anjali's excuse but she didn't even close her mind blindly to whatever she said, coz she knew that she indeed was hiding something!! However, what intrigues me is what anjali's response might have been to shyam during their meet, some where it feels that she is getting into a bigger deep, a yet another heart-break awaits her, but I guess thats what is needed to make her see the reality & the real truth of her Shyam Ji!!

Now to talk about the KISS, it was a beautiful & lovely kiss by a husband to his wife...no hesitation, no inhibition, just a way of showing his love to his wife!!It was a Goodbye Caress from a husband who is leaving his wife behind at her home. Loved it!!
However, I just loved the scene before, how khushi despite having left the house & arnav for good, was so comfortable in his close physical proximity..loved the scene where arnav assertively wrapped his hand around khushi's waist 😳, brings her closer to him, although at that time khushi does stop fighting for the prescription, but just for a second, & then again, even being so close to him, she starts her snatching-attempts!! & this time when arnav puts forward his "shart"😉 ..khushi isn't shocked out of her wits, rather she is suddenly shy & gives in this time much more easily, only to utilize his lost attention for her gain being successful in snatching away the paper, just like a true wife - able to get her work done despite the closeness, fully making use of husband's distraction 😆!!
But, I really wish the camera-angle would have been a Close-Shot, the last kiss by ASR had created a Magic, which this one didn't live up to that well only because of the long shot of camera !!
However, i think the loveliest scene was after Arnav leaves , when khushi touches her cheeks & unlike the last time she isn't scared or shocked, she is in fact happy about it & a small smile takes over her...Just beautiful😳!!!

What has really stumped me after noticing the flow of the last few episodes, is how beautifully & gradually CVs have molded arnav's character into that of a dutiful & loving husband...as if he was always like that!! So smoothly that it comes so natural to him to care for his wife, to bring small things like "chana" to make her smile, to notice her every behavior to see that she is not alright & ask about the same, to think that picking & dropping her from somewhere in the middle of the day i.e. during his working hours is his duty & is her right to ask him for it!! Even in today's kiss, yes it did happen by saying that " mein kabhi shart nahi haarta", but truly it was more of a Goodbye Kiss or a caress which a husband gives to his wife before leaving!! No wonder the moment after the kiss, arnav was neither shy or nor was he trying to gauge khushi's reaction, he simply got back into a typical husband mode who tells her to let him know if she needs any other help!!

In fact, For the first time we saw a Role-Reversal , saw Arnav moving backwards & khushi questioning him to the extent that He was the one pinned to the wall!! He was not at all angry at such a demeanor of khushi, he in fact took it naturally as his wife was questioning him, whom he thinks has all the rights to do so!! But the moment he realizes that he is being questioned of doing what he considers as his husband duties, he gets back into his rightly anger mode & tells khushi - his wife, that to take care of her & her family is his right as they are his family too...WOW...CVs...Bang on 👏👏!!! What a wonderful transition you have shown...loved the way how smoothly the story & screenplay progressed, loved that it didn't look like a sudden knee-jerk reaction of a person who just realized his love, but a natural & gradual progression of a lover into a husband who is aware of the duties & rights which come along...Awesome⭐️!!

Arnav has engrossed into the role & duties of a typical husband so much that he has totally forgotten that there is something called "six month contract marriage", which he himself had devised & put forward in front of khushi!! The same arnav who just few days ago was terribly mad at khushi for visiting the Buaji's place, takes it very easily when doctor says that khushi might have to stay at GH for some more days. It doesn't even concern him much coz he feels that its for granted that after Buaji becomes fine, Khushi would inevitably return to RM & will live as wife with him forever!! In his mind, he & khushi are now together for life, he doesn't know that the same condition with which he had made khushi stay back for few days is what khushi has taken to heart & is going to use against him & to leave him!! Wonder when the reality will dawn upon him that what effect his words have had on khushi, how will he react to it!! He is terribly going to be repentant for all of his biting words...reminds me of his dialogue to khushi, "Ghutno pe jaane ki kya jaroorat thi, tum aise hi mujhe apna pati maan leti", It seems like scene is going to be reversed, he is going to eat back his own words 😆, with him going on knees asking khushi to accept him as his husband!! Seems like much awaited Redemption is just around the corner !!

However, what is truly putting me off the most is the Lack of Baby Bump😡...even after 7 months of pregnancy...how could CVs take the viewers granted for this...its is highly irritating to see a woman in her 7th month moving around having perfectly curvy figure...looking as fit & trim as always!! Its High time you do something about it!!
Secondly, Please give Barun a Hair-Cut & a more trimmed-Shaven Look...Its High time..Period!!! & please snatch away this Brown shirt for at least another month 😡...Last time they did this repetitive act with his White shirt, & now brown...Please use all the shirts that he used to wear in the initial months...i wonder where all those Blue, Dark Blue, Olive green, Maroon, Grey coloured shirts have vanished...plz bring them back!! Please CVs Barun's looks are very very important for this show...is just in case you have forgotten about it!! loved his Initial months look so much...would love to see that back!!

Anyways, Lets just gear up...as i said "Expect the Unexpected" should our Mantra for this Show, lets just see what CVs have in store for us now!! Just Loving it ...Cut It!!

For a moment after seeing the episode today .. i was left stumped .. my first thought was .. whoa whoa what just happened .. it looked like a regular OTT filled episode .. with not much to really write home about .. then the title song ( Jhoot Bole ) kept playing in my mind .. & viola .. thats when the subtle beauty of this episode it me .. ..

Yesterdays DC . i covered the MASKS . that the ReeL woman of IPK were wearing .. today .. i saw the WEB of Deciet the 2 woman were weaving .. its kinda a awry .. the similarities these 2 woman share .. & the way they behave ... BUT isn't it strange .. the only place they differ .. is one is practicing deceit .. to KEEP A FAMILY TOGETHER .. & the others Deciet ... Will make the FAMILY GO ASUNDER

The Epsiode starts with Khushi spotting Arnav coming back to GH .. she waylays Buaji & calls Arnav .. saying they were in the hospital & to please pick them up from there ..

She then moves to the house puts buaji to sleep & calls Arnav to tell him she was home & to please go home .. & not come to GH..

She meets Arnav on the door of GH with a doctor who goes ahead to examine Buaji .. she manages to shun Arnav out of the room & the spins a story for the doctor .. .

She then leads the doctor outside & meets with Arnav & spins him another pack of lies & tells him she has to go get the prescription ... they have a moment ...

Now on monday before she left RM she lied to nani & payal .. saying i have to go for Buaji's sake as she is not well

Now on tuesday she lied to Nani & Payal on the phone pretending to be Buaji & said she was unwell ...

Today after a long time the romance starved soul of this writer was given a pittance .. & what a pittance .. superb .. somehow yesterday i felt that Rabba vey did not pack the usual PUNCH .. but then bang today .. the kiss punched me out of the room .. 😉😳

Scene : Khushi Arnav Uninterrupted Kiss Oh or was it interrupted ? 😉

Khushi is struggling to reach the prescription which is with Arnav who is holding it far from reach .. Khushi keeps struggling to reach closer .. & ends up in very close proximity to Arnav .. who promptly goads her if she wants the paper all she had to do was let him kiss her ( implied) .. he moves in close to her .. & she lets him .. finally when he is most close .. she pulls the paper from his hand .. saying well she won the challenge .. turns a little .. with Arnav coming from the back .. sliding his hand on her shoulder to hold her .. & bends in & gives her a deep kiss on her cheek .. A stunned Khushi .. looks on when Arnav raises his head & tells her That he Never looses a challenge ...

Pause Pause Pause ...

After a long time the essence of romance which we al fell in love with was shown to us on IPK .. superb .. wonderful & brilliantly executed shot .The First Missed Kiss : Just as Khushi tries to reach for the paper .. they Way Arnav clasps her by the waist bringing her closer whoa whoa .. Superb execution .. then look at the proximity shown here .. Nothing better to highlight the Chemistry between the leads .. then .. Barun Sobti .. & his amazing talent to modulate his voice to low & husky .. takes the sHart dialogue to another level ..
Now move to the bend for the kiss .. superb angle for the camera the low angle .. highlights the bend .. & a superb angle .. since Barun looks absolutely dishy in low angle shots . ( even i would've planted one today 😉) ... the absolutely fantastic BG music used .. added to the fun in the romance bit ... then when Sanaya pulls away ... whooops .. please pause here guys .. please please .. LOOK AT BARUN SOBTI expression .. the man is completely WONDERFUL ..when it comes to showing desire .. he looks like he is jerked from the most intense feeling .. the move to smirk .. knowing if he is affected she si equally affected was a complete treat to watch ..

Then the dialogue .. for me the dialogue of the day .. when he says .. I lost the Bet .. but why is your heart beat pumping .. MAN O MAN .. where does he learn to modulate his voice to such a sexy pitch .. floored honey .. superb Mr. Khan .. bang on dialogue . to convey ... the depth of romance .. & aptly spoken by dreamboat himself ..

Then the Kiss ... kya bolun ... i know a lot of you were wondering why not a straight out lip smack ... i will ask you why .. why do v want to see back to camera of 2 of the most beautiful people .. on TV today ... what will a back to camera lip smack do when to create romance all u need is the perfect blend of moments .. like .. the moment Aranv walks up to her & places his arm around his shoulder .. POSSESSION .. U R MINE ...
Then he bends down ... A Places a warm .. LONG peck on the cheek .. of HIS WIFE .. the best thing in this shot is the length of the kiss . the beautiful pause .. so u as viewer know its not a PECK .. its a CARESS .. .. does this do any less for us .. HELL NO .. Mr. Khan ur lens delivered today ... A Husband telling Bye to his wife .. says it with a peck on the cheek .. & when that husband is deeply in lust with said wife .. oooh he does it with a caress .. SUPERB SUPERB .. & Thank you for this ..
