At last, they remembered about Nandi being Shiva's vahana. I had almost given up any hope of seeing that on this show.

About the snake, Mahadev is sometimes depicted with Vasuki in giant form with his multiple hoods like that; I'm guessing this is what shocks Maina out of her wits and leads to her tantrum. 😆
