PART 12

The day was indeed a surprising one for geet she never thought that she will be able to befriend with arjun and that too in this manner….. and then she will be able to get the lead role of the play and will portray such a lovely character…..

Geet made her way to home since she was done with the day's classes and waiting for arohi she couldn't afford as she was hell tired after the day's activity…. So she left for home after mesagging arohi ….. when she reached home…. Geet was holding script and dialogue pages in her hand and her bag in the other….. since it was only two when she reached she was very excited to tell her mom about her latest achievement or rather say first step towards her passion……

Geet was overloaded with the things when a servent came and helped her…..

Geet after giving her bag and books to the servent and instructing to keep it on her bed…..went to the kitchen as she couldn't find her mom anywhere in the room……

Geet grabbed the water bottle from the fridge and sat on the chair when her mother asked….

Rano: aagai geet….. chal jaldi fresh ho ja….. me lunch lati hun….. aur aarohi kahan hai…

Geet: mumma.. aru ki classes hai toh wo college me hai …. Main jaldi aagai….. waise aapne kya banaya hai….. I am very hungry…..

Rano: toh jaldi jao aur fresh ho jao…. Me hamara lunch room me hi le aati hun…..

Geet: ( hugged her mom) ohh… thanks mom..waise bhi I am too tired aura apse bahut sari baaten bhi karni hai…. Nowadays you don't have time for me…. ( geet pouted cutely)

Rano:( caressing her cheek ) ohh my poor baby…. Jaldi jao I am coming ..then we will have some good mother daughter time…..

Geet went to her room and take a refreshing bath and changed into comfortable cotton suit….. when rano arrived with a tray and keep it on the table ….. and look around the mess her darling daughter has created…..

Rano: who will say this is the room of a nineteen year old girl….

When geet came from the wash room and look at her mother arranging her bag and books on the shelf….

Geet: mumma rehne do I will do it…..

Rano: geetu tujhe kua ho gaya hai…. Kya haal bana diya room ka aate hi… tujh pe na arohi ka asar aata ja raha hai…….

Geet: mumma what are you trying to say ……. Jo bhi samjhana hai baad me abhi let me have my lunch…. Subah se kitni tension thi ki I couldn't have anything in the cateen also bus aane se pehle juice piya tha…. I sway no skipping of breakfast …… mujh se raha nahi jaata ….

Rano: haan..to kisne kaha tha ki breakfast chod ke jao ….. todhi der hi to hoti….. chal aaja aur lunch kar…

With that rano took a morsel and feed geet…..

Geet: mumma kitne dino baad mujhe aise kila rahe ho….

Rano: ab isme bhi bhi meri galti hai ki meri beti ke paas time hi nahi hota… college aur projects exams me wo busy rehti hai….

Geet hugged her mom…

Geet: mumma sorry par me kya karu…..

Rano: chal ab jaldi se kha le…phir thodi der so jaana…. Kitni thaki hui lag rahi hai…..

Geet also feed her mother and said….

Geet: ma… mujhe sona nahi hai …. I want to talk to you…. Bahut sari baaten karni hai aapse……

They finished their lunch and geet kept her haed on her mother's lap……. And rano

gently massaging her forehead..caressing her hair…..

Geet: ma… I got that role….

Rano: kaun sa role geetu…

Geet: wo hi play wala..jiska aaj audition tha….. clarrise ka role….. mumma I will the run away bride……

Rano:( slightly getting up ) kya kaha run away bride…. Tu shadi se bhagegi….

Geet giggled slightly….

Geet: haan mumma…. Wo bhi sab ke samne….. kitna maza ayega na …… aur mera price charming mujhe le jayega… hayeee!!!!!!!!

When geet was chirply talking to her mom….suddenly a loud voice can be heard…..

Arohi:MUMMA!!!!!!!!!!!!

Rano: lo aagai toofan mail….. you take rest let me see my dear toofan mail…..

Geet: mumma wait for five minutes you will see her here only…. Wait let me count for you 1…..2……….3……………

Geet has not completed counting withing few seconds arohi get into the room…..

Arohi: mom …. You are here I was looking for you downstairs…

Rano: that I can see…. By the way.. why were you shouting….

Arohi: ( coming close to rano and putting her hands in her neck… hugging her loosely)…wo kya hai na… I was missing you….giving a naughty smile…..

Rano: aaj kya baat hai meri dono betiyaan mujhe yaad kar rahi hai…… anything special…..

Geet and arohi together: nahi…..

Geet:( turning to arohi In her ear) aru koi special day hai aaj…

Arohi: pata nahi…. Let me confirm….

Arohi very sweety to rano……

Arohi: mumma….. aaj kya hai…. Please bata do…..

Rano: are hai na…. mujhe aaj hi pata chala that my sweet little daughter will be a run

away bride….

Arohi getting confused….

Arohi: kon????????

Rano: geet…..

Arohi: kya!!!!!!... geet teri shadi ho rahi hai…. Kisse aur mujhe kisi ne bataya bhi nahi…..aur run away bride …..OMG!!!!!... tu bhagkar shadi karegi….. kitna exciting hai…..

Geet and rano were looking at arohi like aliens like what is she comprehending …really iski imagination is too good……

Geet:( checking arohi's temperature) are you alright……?????? Tujhe to maine sabse pehle bataya tha….. about the role….. arohi… ( turning to her mom) mumma please dekho if she is alright……

Rano was really amazed seeing her both daughter's attitude …. Knowledge and the main jewel that is their innocence and still child like mindset …..

Rano: both of you just stop it…. Arohi get freshen up right now and geet come with me…..

WHEREAS IN THE KHURANA MANSION….

Arjun after attending the college and then office went to home…today he was really in a good mood…. He really wanted to share something with someone…. So after getting went to maan's room but he was still at the office…..

So he came downstairs and found the two most impotant ladies of his life sitting there….he touched his daadima's feet for the blessing…..

Daadima: are wah…aaj kya baat hai arjun aur iss waqt hamare pair chu rahe hai….

Arjun:( with a shy smile) wo…actually I am very happy today….

Naina: ohh…then there must be a reason… and looking at your face I can easily say it is about a girl….

Arjun: wow….. mom…. You are a genious how did you knew…..

Daadima: experience you know son….. naina blushed at this…..

Arjun: oh..ok… but I need help….

Naina: kaisi help…….

Arjun: I want to buy her a gift…..

Daadima: arjun… hame nahi pata tha baat itni aage badh chuki hai….. aur hame toh ladki ke bare me pata hi nahi joh hamari bahu banne wali hai…

Arjun: wait…what bahu…. Main toh geet ki baat kar raha hun… I need to gift her something on the day of her play as a token of best wishes…..

Naina: ye geet kon hai aur kaisa play..….

Arjun: mom… wo geet is my sister….. and she got the lead role in the play so I wanted to gift her something on that day…..

Dadima: behan!!!!! Arjun aapki kab se koi behan aa gai….

Arjun: wo actually daadima hua ye…

Naina: aapki baton se toh lagta hai ki hame unse milna padega…. Aur rahi gift ki baat two bhi lenge hum geet ke liye….
