After yesterday's precap about Meena finding passport and lots of cash in Rajkumar's bag...i felt that he's going to be some terrorist...whom Sandy is going to unfold and everyone comes to know of her ambition to become an IPS...😃

Hoping that happens, even if it turns out that he is not a terrorist, he could turn out to be a criminal/smuggler who is faking goodness.

May be. But the article metnioned that he may be of Chaturi's love interest. I stopped thinking these days as DABH is always something unexpected,though we all know the final outcome/story.

He could be from food department...Remember in one of the episodes Sandhya denied to bribe an officer from food department and preferred to follow the procedure...Rajkumar investigating officer ho sakta hai.
