Besides TRP system there was no competition & TV was a new medium & many film directors & producers also came to experiment with this medium ... but now it's just another mode of business. No matter how much we cry or yell on top of our voices nothing will change. They'll do whatever they think is commercially viable... After all they are also in business & no one would like to destroy his/her earning medium. Anyway one show gives living to at least 100 people at a time & if it gets axed then those 100 people would suffer & if PH protests then it might get black-listed... it's a sorry state of affairs in media...nothings will change unless this TRP system is reformed.

@ ankur: Had it been a youth show they wouldn't have done it... colors means a thread to creativity & freedom of PH... I've seen many SO shows for the very reason they didn't give saas-bahu crap... but that channel is also dead... in fact every channel which tried to be different died it's own death... except sab tv... I should again start watching it's shows.. better to see comedy than such types of tragedies..
@ jaanujanvi: I already felt disconnected since Monday... I can't feel anything... not even anger... today I didn't even bother to write angry messages to channel or sudhir or sonal... because I know it's of no use... new promo & hype of sangeet will bring audience and TRPs for them ... why would they listen to us??? It's a lesson for us now ... never ever trust this rangeela channel.

One that goes for what makes sense and refuses to compromise for even their favorite leads and the other that is willing to compromise for their lead and deal with a whole bunch of nonsense being shown in retrospect. After LTL, I sort of take every Colors show with a fistful of salt because you just never know when they pop a screw loose and go the "lets show gibberish .. tehee!" way.. 😆😆

Re. reduced work: LOL! That will NEVER happen. When the outrage dies down, the excitement will brew over. Only to be replaced by outrage once things go South for a particular fan group again. I've realized this is a vicious almost never ending cycle.. 😆

Sarabhai won't happen again... I know that ... still that was a classic piece... Do you know Sonal was there in the crew of sarabhai... 😳 but makers of the show didn't want it to be spoiled... I think that was a good move... We will love the show always. 😊

Well I have witnessed such things almost on all forums... when they get a new handsome hunk fan wars actually starts from there... 😆 Thank god we don't have another male lead in our show...😆😆 But unfortunate thing for me is the PH has to succumb to the pressure of the channel for this crap twist...If they didn't show would have been axed. I know PH people are not happy with the twist either.
