Why is Faizal's voting number coming 'Not Valid'.?

we are trying at home to vote for faizal(1800 200 56 02) but it's coming as "this phone number is not valid,please check your number."...what's this problem...?all of us have Airtel numbers...please someone tell me if its the same for you...?
