Rajesh Khanna rushed to
hospital again

Superstar Rajesh Khanna has
not yet recovered fully and he
has been admitted to hospital yet
again. The 69 year old actor was
admitted to Lilavati hospital
owing to weakness. His
estranged wife Dimple Kapadia
and daughter Rinki Khanna has
taken the actor to the hospital
Rajesh Khanna has not yet able
to get over his health woes and
is in and out of the hospital
several times in the last one
month.
According to sources, the actor
was "not very serious" but
hospitalized due to acute
weakness. Though, Lilavati COO,
Narendra Trivedi confirmed
Khanna's admission but he is
tight-lipped about his health
condition. Meanwhile, Bhupesh
Raseen, a close family associate
stated, "He was feeling low and
weak so the doctor asked him to
get admitted for a day. He has
been put on saline drip. He may
be discharged on Sunday
evening or Monday morning."
The superstar's health degraded
over the years due to his over
drinking habits and negligence
towards his diet. Rajesh Khanna
has been fighting against
multiple diseases and is battling
for life for many months.
The news of his ill health first
surfaced on June 20 when it was
said that he stopped taking food
but he put the rumor to rest by
waving his fans from his
Aashirwad bungalow indicating
that he is well but on June 23,
he was rushed to hospital
following uneasiness. After
undergoing few tests, he was
discharged on July 2.
His estranged wife Dimple moved
with Kaka to take care of his
health.
