Bollywood’s answer to Harry potter

After four years of slothful silence, Goldie Behl is all set to return to direction with a film that will star his buddy Abhishek Bachchan.

The project, mysteriously called Drona, is being kept under wraps. (Following the Yash Raj pattern, every filmmaker nowadays wants to be secretive about his project).

But it's reliably learnt that Drona will be Bollywood's answer to Harry Potter. Full of special effects and gadgetry, it will have a budget, technique and spectacle like that of Krrish, carrying forward its legacy of optical opulence.

According to a source, "Drona will be set in California. Abhishek plays a timid, bespectacled nerd who goes through a series of supernatural experiences. Priyanka Chopra has been approached to play the neighbourhood tomboy."

Apparently, she'll have to undergo a series of rigorous martial arts classes before she is ready for the athletic part.

The actress is said to be very interested in the role. Adds the source, "This film will be closer to what the director (Goldie) thinks and feels, than his first film Bas Itna Sa Khwab Hai."
