I think she will not say anything now but will start feeling guilty once Mohan leaves. Maybe Renu will tell her that she saw Mohan and Ridhimma together leading to Megha's MR marriage dream 🤔
I guess it will happen like this:
-Mohan will leave
-Megha will acceot in front of all
-Family will take 2 epi to decide in favor of Megha
-Once Family agrees, then Megha's mirror scene will happen where she will dream of MR wedding
