Agree with u.i want yash to show some concern for aarti for what she did for saving yash.he has think about how aarti saved him in difficulties.

I don't think yash is taking aarti for granted...Yash is the same as he was before Aarti's realisation. If someone loves you and you are not aware of the fact then you will be the same in every aspect to that particular person. Saving someone's life made you respectful about that person And he respected that by saying her thanks.
This is aarti's realisation of love...and CVs are showing it from that side only...they are concentrating on one thing only...Which is also been done in previous tracks...They show only on side, one aspect at a time...
