I think i was really very sleepy when I read your Part 7.. because now when i started reading part 9 nothing was making sense :D I went ahead and read last few sections of part 7 and it turns out i ready completely different part 7 earlier :) :) In your version A is asking Rohit malhotra for card while i thought A gave his card to Rohit malhotra... Hahaha And the biggest blunder of all was the end.. i read it as A saw N sitting crying in the corner while it turns out she is hugging somebody else :D.. I am going to read next parts now :)
Part 8 comments:
"ohh..."
that was my exact reaction when i read the last statement of part 8 :) Oh my god pra, i just love the way you keep bringing sid in different ways in your FF.. wihtout being main character he plays such an important role in AN's lives.. You keep writing these FFs as if to show CVs what a mess they made out of these amazing people :) I also like how you keep showing N understanding, funny, bubbly yet mature, independent strong girl she wasy potraied in the start..
And the way you casually mention N's thoughts about A's behaviour that was amazing.. I think people keep thinking about such kind of things and they are never sure what is right.. is it their perception or reality.. You showed that so well and so easily..
another confession, when you brough Sid thinking about running away i was like this is exact same thing as what happened with N.. and was thinking hard on how N will react to it, will she follow A's approach or do something else and what would A have to say about all that.. But before my thoughts could run astray you brought another twist.. and frankly i like this better.. Sid seems like a guy who is always being told on what to do.. he has finally realised that he needs to figure out what he likes .. I like how N sees that.. and understands that.. and i also like how you show A still keeps bringing those old incidences and doesnt have enough trust on N's capability to read and understand people... that hurt is really tough to get over fully.. And oh my god what is he doing in all this anger... You picked up A's character really well here.. he doesnt seem to realise or rather realise and hurt people esp N purposely when he is angry...
Going to read Part 9 now :)
Part 9:
Again that was too sudden change of situation :) Haha with this rate its so difficult to predict whats happening next :D So A did realise what he was doing to N in his anger... I am not sure what will hurt N more.. knowing that the chikki was brought by her father or by knowing A wasnt going to tell her or that he told her to hurt her... Whats next pra? looking fwd to how N is going to take all this.. too many things happening.. sid, her father..
Wow ! I wasnt going to login for a while now , but so glad I did before that mini break happened . Thanks Pri . You really are an oasis :). That is such a lovely comment . I am sure everyone here agrees .
Yes , I guessed tht from your comments on part 7 tht you were slightly confused with the card part😊 . A asked her dad for the card , but he did not give him anything , neither were they introduced. It all happened too early and her dad left and A's mind rightly got screwed up . And then he comes back home , he sees that his beloved N is hugging another man . First reaction would be of anger , considering how much of an impulsive man he is .
And part 8 about Sid , I knw TV shows dont spend much time on logic and realism and stuff , but Sid always baffled me . I hate to say this , but he was what I normally call a "spineless" man , doing what others wanted him to do , inspite of having such a strong personality of his own. And I had been itching to have him come out on his own and finally identiffy with his inner self . So that was the motivation behind Part 8 . Of course , tht would be a shock and specially to the people like his own folks so he would approach N first and she did understand him. And about A hurting N , love your observation . Its spot on . He did not really want to hurt her , but he was still angry at her and in the heat of the moment , he ended up telling her what he shouldn't have . I know what he did was not right , but then I can very well expect him to do that in a particular state of mind . Because its a person just being human which is why we liked A and N so much . I for one feel that just because AN are together or are married , they will suddenly not end up being all lovey dovey with each other , because they have their shades of grey and may not always be sweet and stuff all the while. They still possess the capacity to take the other person by surprise like most married couples and sometimes the surprises aren't really pleasant .
But that said, in part 9 , A finally realizes what he has done and he makes up for it by telling her the truth because that is the best to do in this situation . Yes N is hurt , but its difficult to put her love and longing for A aside specially when he too is in a vulnerable state . What happens next ? Well , I know lot of things for sure :) , but in the core of it are just AN and the next parts would delve into them even more . I am sorry , the FF may feel like I am writing some kind of a psychological thesis or such , but I seriouosly wanted to write something that touches upon the not so pleasant attributes of A and N's characters , alongwith the other aspects of their married life of course
I will try and update soon enough , even though I have to find temporary means of doing it as my laptop is still not up 😭 and I am rewriting the parts from what I remember and posting them from other's laptops as I want to wrap this thread up soon . But for now , thanks for the comment again . It has really revitalized me like a nice refreshing cup of ginger tea , if I may say :)
