Before I move to my take on the Friday finale,I'd like to share something with u all.When I woke up at 2:30 this morning,I realized that I'd dreamt of Arnav & Khushi!Anjali was sleeping on Arnav-Khushi's bed,beside Arnav while Khushi was sleeping on the floor,close to Arnav's side of the bed.Then I dont remember exactly kya hua,but Arnav extended his hand towards Khushi,who gave her hand and Arnav kissed it!(with Rabba Ve in the BG!)Phir kya hua,pata nahi,seedha morning scene pe pahuch gayi main!Arnav was in Diwaliwala suit and Khushi was in bangles scene wala orange n yellow dress.😍They were leaving for AR,it seems.Naniji called them from behind aur sapna toot gaya. First thing that came to my mind when I recalled the dream was Khushi's dialogue from one of the dream epi-ab toh sapne me bhi Rabba Ve!😛 Hay!Arnav ko suit me dekhkar dil khush ho gaya.I decided to stay awake and watch the repeat telecast of the epi at 3 and here I am after watching it with my two cents on the epi:
Unlike many others on the forum,I am not disappointed,niether with the epi nor with Arnav.
Coming to the first scene,Shyam continued his bakwas,demeaning Khushi at every opportunity he got until Paayal decided enough was enough!Deepali's expeessions during Shyam's bakwas were spot on!👏
And so Paayal reveals the full truth to the family.Notice Arnav's expressions here, he instantly recalled Khushi telling him all of that during the bridge scene!Shyam as usual dodged all the questions thrown at him and blamed the entire thing on Paayal.
Look at Shyam's thinking here, he knows NK and Paayal r in team Khushi,no amount of convincing NK worked for him.So he moved on the other family members,barring Anjali and Arnav.Kaun-kaun bacha? Aakash,Naniji and Mamiji. Sabse easily kise manipulate kar sakta tha?Aakash ko and he did that! He accused Paayal of cooking up stories along with her sis and phasaoing the Raizada brothers n all that shit. He said sorry to Aakash and blamed Paayal and even tried to create a rift in their married life by asking Paayal why she didnt tell Aakash if she knew all of this beforehand?
Bande ka formula yeh hai-ki jo mujhe accuse karega main uspar bazi palatkar use accuse karunga! Then,who comes next in the line?Naniji.She can be considered weak,owning to her age. So from Aakash he moves on to naniji and then to the stronger of the 3 mamiji. Sabko daleelein suna di! Now what?Demean Khushi by saying stuff like "mauka parast ladki" and "apne fayde k liye kisi bhi had tak ja sakti hai" etc.
And then to make a stronger point,move on to the weakest in the family,Rani sahiba. Mention stuff like the kheer incident and all,which Anjali had witnessed and blame Khushi some more.When Khushi decides to speak up,shut her up by using her words against her.
His strategy is dont admit what u have done,and get the other person to admit what he/she has done. He did that with NK on thursday and Khushi on Friday.
"Aapne hi kaha tha na ki aap Arnav ko barbad kar dena chahti hain?" She says yes and ur mission is accomplished or so he thought!
His mistake rather biggest mistake was that he completely ignored the strongest and the most shatir of the family members-salesahab! Maybe he mistook his silence for the fact that this man will keep quiet,for the love of his sister. But he doesnt know that salesahab was waiting for the right moment to strike the opponent!
Notice what Khushi says:If u look into my eyes,u will know that I am sayin the truth! This reminded me of the Sethi brothers incident. Khushi had said that the one who speaks the truth looks at u in the eye and confidently says it and the one who lies "nazre churakar baat karte hain"!
Arnav knew right from the start that she was telling the truth,but this statement was a kind of confirmation for him from his wife that he may take charge of the situation now!Like he was encouraging her in the past two days with the look in his eyes and a slight nod,she encouraged him to take charge with that statement.
And boy!Was I elated or what when the ASR bg music started! Ek thappad par ek thappad muft! Wah! I loved Arnav's dialogue here!👏Finally acknowledging out in the open that apart from his di,the other most imp. woman in his life is his Khushi!And Khushi's smile told how relieved she was to hear that!
The fact that Anjali did not make any hue and cry about the slaps,niether did she scream or shout like she did when mami,NK and Khushi were trying to tell her the truth,tells us that somewhere she has accepted all of this.She is completely broken now,but m so glad that she is not in denial anymore.The reaction in the precap is due to the trauma.
Some say that Arnav's reaction was delayed and so it didnt have maximum impact.Some say that he could have done better than simply slap him and pull him out of the house holding his collar.
I am sorry but I do not agree with both the statements.Its purely my POV.
Firstly,from cvs POV,they will not open all their cards in one episode.They had to cover 22 minutes of episode airtime and leave the viewers with the friday freeze of Arnav pulling Shyam out of the house.So,they r justified in what they did.If the pace is superfast in one episode,we cannot expect them to maintain the pace all throughout the week.Kabhi na kabhi toh express train bhi slow ho hi jati hai naa?And besides,I liked the fact that BD was not used for tonight's episode.
Now,from Arnav's POV also,delay is justified.When Shyam stopped him while he was taking Anjali to her room,notice he closes his eyes.His control was slipping right from that moment,yet he checked himself only for the sake of his di. Again,there was another instance where he was almost about to go to Shyam but he looks at Anjali and notices she's weak and needs him and stops. So,aaj usne jo bhi kiya sirf di k liye kiya!Agar di picture me nahi hoti,toh Arnav the husband would have taken action much earlier.
Next point,he could have done better than slap him.What could he have done? His shatir dimag was at work here.Had he revealed in front of the family,what Shyam had told him on the night of the wedding,hate wedding ka sach bahar aa jata! Aur Shyam kya chup baithta?He would have told what Khushi had told him during Holi.Arnav saw how Shyam went on accusing the ones who accused him.So he would have accused Arnav n Khushi to no end in such circumstances. So Arnav took a wise decision there by not revealing about the wedding day confrontation.
Now cvs wont reveal all their cards together,like I said.
Bhavishya k garbh me abhi bhi 6 months contract wedding ka sach aur AR36K hain.
Jahan tak mujhe baat samajh aai,the moment Shyam comes to know of the 6 months clause of the wedding,he will be back to Shantivan!Now Khushi is as much his enemy as Arnav.He will leave no stone unturned to insult them.
Family Monday ko Khushi ko believe karti hai ya nahi,pata nahi,but they will give Arnav the benefir of doubt,right now.Once truth of the wedding is out,the family will be against him,especially naniji!
Now Arnav loves Khushi and knows that Khushi loves him.Uske liye 6 mahine ka contract ab koi mayne nahi rakhta.But the moment both the families come to know of it,coupled with the fact that Khushi was forced into the alliance,they will all be against him.Yeh sab aaj thode hi na dikha dete cvs. If Arnav told them about his confrontation with Shyam,one thing would lead to another and the marriage truth would be out.Aur jitne sawal uthte so alag!So he did the right thing,IMO,by not revealing anything about it.
Monday se story aur family dono ka focus will be again on Anjali and how she accepts and reacts to the situation.Der saver hi sahi,Arnav Khushi will go to their room and then we will get ArHi scenes. Toh this track leaves scope for both drama and romance.Aaj sara sach bahar nikal diya hota,toh romance would be out of question.
So my request is trust cvs with what they r doing and how they r handling the situation. Suggestions dena ek baat hai but accuse karna aur negative comments dena is another matter all together.There are so many negative posts on the forum today.Some bashing Arnav,some bashing episode,some bashing cvs.
In the midst of all this bashing,if my post has hurt someone's sentiments,toh mera aisa koi irada nahi tha,I apologize to u all.I just wanted to come out with what I felt about the whole thing.
Lastly,applause for Barun,Sanaya,Daljeet,Abhaas,Deepali,Akshay,Utkarshaji,Karan and Jayshreeji!👏
Abhaas,u will be dearly missed in the ofscreen segments!
Shyamu,I'm so glad u r gone,even if it is a temporary exit! 🥳
