Why can't the disgusting piece of excrement just leave it at " We don't know who the woman was.. may her soul rest in peace.. very unfortunate that such a thing should have happened"... Even if he didn't want to address issues like - why Sohail (a.k.a the driver) ran away from the crime scene.. it would have been OK.. because that would have been incriminating (chalo maaf.. he was trying to save his bro.. human nature).

WHY yak about how she came to his house, she was from Andheri.. and we heard her story and gave her money so many times... why the cheap need for publicity? IF he doesn't know her from Eve.. then why say maybe she was that destitute lady whom we gave money to.. and who had this sad story to tell?

And then he goes off on tangents like.. some people drowned near Juhu beach. some other poor people were killed on some sets.. some other guys got killed in other accidents...

So what is he trying to say? Slyly - "these kind of accidents keep happening all over the world.. don't waste my time and drop the issue guys..poor people are there for the killing?"

Else.. why the random anecdotes? Obviously he cannot straight out say "Jaane do yaar.. she was a poor lady.. what use one poor lady's human life?"

So he is trying to say it in a subtle way?

Accidents , tragedies happen all the time.. everywhere. A real caring celebrity would have used that opportunity to highlight the issue and use their fame to get something done about that issue.

Celebrities here in the west.. even if they may not donate money in charity (some do)..at least try and use their fame to help.. be it for earthquakes, diseases .. or some scourge plaguing the nation.

Some women.. victims of acid attacks.. victims of domestic violence, rape.. use that to highlight that issue so things can change for the better...

That is what a real caring 'human' being would have done.

Salman in the clip is obviously saying..hota hai.. sad hai.. sad hai.. but accidents happen.. ab chalo.. apne apne ghar jaao.. aur araam karo.. let me go back to my 'iski li uski li' "

And the rabid fans of Salman are on about "Sohail seems rather shaken up - poor guy"

Well of course he is shaken up. What can you expect -- uska aadha nasha to uttar gaya ho ga when he realized he killed a woman and ran away from the scene.

He is lucky the only witness were the slum dwellers and all.. who must have been too dazed to check who was in the van.. also it was rather dark for anyone to have gotten a good glimpse inside the van and Sohail must have hid his face and run away...tail between his legs...

..and must be waiting to see if any valid witnesses will come forward.. or if the whole issue is truly swept under the rug or not.

Will be nervous as hell for the upcoming few days...

Basically, he trying to say " look, she was looking for money anways and we are good folks, shoving it in her mouth". Now that we have actually given her more money than her life is worth, leave us the f**k alone.

this is typical Khan behavior: Drink, Drive, Kill, swtich seats, give press conferences, help an actor, and wear Being human shirts.
