Though they are cousins in the show they share a strong bond...Where the brothers make sure to stand & support the other in time of need without any second thought.Though Ahem & Jigar scenes are limited in the show being very good buddies off-screen, their strong brother bonding is clearly visible on-screen too.

Manyata and Jai Nandini from Dekha Ek khwaab are yet another example of the bittersweet sibling relationship and rivalry on television. The sisters portray jealousy, hate towards each other, but when it comes to the younger sister being in danger, the elder sister rushes to her rescue. Yet another sweet sibling relationship is that of Udayveer and Unnati in 'DEK', Where Uday is the elder brother who is ever protective of his 'Choti' Unnati, while Unnati is ever supportive of her 'Dada' Udayveer. They never let each other down. This show offers another bitter sweet sibling relationship between Manyata, Jai Nandini and their cousin Vijay. The character of Vijay can't be ruled out as gray or white. However he has always stood by his sisters, come what may.

Yet another bittersweet sibling relationship can be seen in the Sony television's Bade Achche Lagthe Hai. The lead protagonists Ram and Priya get married to each other for the sake of their respective siblings Natasha and Karthik. Ram puts his life in line for his step siblings Natasha, Siddant and Rishabh, while Priya does the same for her siblings Karthik and Ayesha. The siblings have umpteen differences, but still without the sibling relationship the protagonist of the show are incomplete.

Another example of a show where the sibling relationship is vital is Pavitra Rishta, where Archana puts her life in line every time for her sisters though her sisters may not like her intrusion. Then, there is the relationship between Ovi, Tej and Purvi from the same show. Although Purvi has been adopted, her sisterly feelings for Ovi and Tej, has managed to develop into a sweet relationship with Tej and a sour one with Ovi.
