Hey everyone,
I got the game from the Kya Hoga Nimmo forum. It's pretty easy..all you have to do is name a character from Kasauti and the next person will say whether want to slap (if they hate the character), pass (if they aren't sure), or save (if they like the character) and then name the next character.
