k guys... my vacation started and i am already bored... so i spent almost all of my waking hours on FB... and i came across this piece ... i read this once a real long time ago...and then when i read this again... i thought y not make it into a Swaron OS and post it on IF... so here goes nothing...
Sharon and Swayam ... the most romantic couple on the block. everyone they admired their love for each other. They were sworn enemies at first, thanks to being the rival dance teams and all. Sharon was the diva. A spoilt brat who got everything she wanted. Her daddy's little princess , the best dancer in the college... the fashionista. She was every guy's dream and nightmare. No one had the guts to stand up to her or say anything against her. In short, everyone considered her a bitch. But that was not the real her. That was just the image she had decided to show the world in order to save her from the pain and hurt the world can give her. But all that changed when Kria and her brother, Swayam joined college. Kria was perhaps the only one who had the guts to stand up against her and she hated that. Kria created a dance group against the Dazzlers and then the game began. Sharon found herself being attracted to Swayam. He was the quite kind. Never talked much but was an amazing Dancer. She felt the connection the first time she touched him and he.. he saw the real her.. he broke through her walls. And after the oh-so-many fights and misunderstandings ... both the teams finally merged into one team when Rey and Kria fell for each other. Since the teams were merged together , the dancing partners changed and as fate has it...they were partnered up with each other. Slowly, both of them started falling for each other and finally on the last day of college Swayam mustered up enough courage to ask her. And he didn't just ask her to be his girl friend...He directly took the next step and asked her to marry him ... Did she say yes... well no...She didn't say yes...infact she dind't say anything... she just ran out crying leaving a confused Swayam behind. When he followed her to her car... She pulled out a letter and gave it to him.
The letter:
Dear Swayam,
I don't know weather i'll ever be able to tell this to you in person. I don't think that I'll ever have the courage to walk up to you and look into your eyes and say this , so I am just going to pen this down. I love you. I love you more than anything in this whole world. You are the best thing that has ever happened to me. I love you with everything I have. I don't know if I'll ever give this to you but this is how I feel. I know that you are too good for me and you should be with someone better. But i guess I am just too selfish to let you go. I, Sharon Raiprakash want to be Sharon Swayam Shikhawat someday. I want to spent my life with you. I want to have babies with you. I want my kids to have your eyes.. you sweet smile...and a heart like yours. I want to grow old in your arms and die in your arms. Swayam , I love you.

Swayam had tears in his eyes after reading . He just pulled her into a ribchrunching hug. And then whispered in her ears..."I LOVE YOU Sharon.You mean the world to me. You come before even my own self for me. Will you be Mrs Shikhawat???"
saying this he went down on his knees and pulledd out a ring. She just jumped onto him and kissed him. Her first kiss. The most special moment in her life.
Life after that day was nothing less than a fairytale ...He was not just a boyfriend to her ... he became her best friend... no one understood her betterr than him. They had their share of misunderstandings and fights.. but they always managed to make it through. His family loved her. They were happy that teir Swayam found a princess like her. Soon his family was like her own. If Swayam and Sharon ever had an arrgument ...Swayam's parents took Sharon's side only... The same was the case with Sharon's parents . They had like literally adopted him. Afterall he managed to get Mr and Mrs Raiprakash back together. He saved their relationship... That was Swayam alryt... he always helped everyone.
time went by... their love just grew with each passing day.
after 1 year, 7 months.
Swayam was taking Sharon back to her place after a friend's party.
they speeding at over 100 mph on a motorcycle
Sharon just loved riding on his motorcycle with him. but today he was going unaturally fast. This scared Sharon...but she trusted him neverthless. She knew that he would never let anything happen to her. Sharon warned Swayam about the speed..and the radars that were monitoring the road. Swayam still didn't slow down.
Sh: Slow down. I'm scared.
Sw: No this is fun.
Sh: No its not. Please, it's too scary!
Sw: Then tell me you love me.
Sh: Fine, I love you. Slow down!
Sw: Now give me a Big Hug.
Sharon gave him a tight hug ...
Sw: Can u take my helmet off and put it on? It's bugging me.
Sh: but Swayam...
Sw: Shar.. pleaaasseee...its itching... and i'll go bald ...
Sh: drama queen.. wait.. so you want me to go bald???
Sw: baby please...
Sh: okay fine...
she takes off the helmet.. but before she put it on...
Sw: give me a kiss ..please...
Sh: now...no you are driving...
Sw: please...
Sharon just smiled and leaned in and kissed him..after that she put on the helmet.
Sw: Sharon... I love you more than anything in this whole world k... remeber that... and I will never let anything happen to you...
That was her last memory...everything else was just a blur when she woke up in a hospital bed .. she had bandages all over her... and she was hooked up to all these machines... she looked around for Swayam ... she couldn't find him ..
Suddenly...Swayam just walked in. He looked fine..infact he had this glow. He just looked beautiful...
Sh: oh .. thank god...You are alright Swayam... what..what happened yesterday...
Sw: nothing... nothing at all Shar... you are fine... just forget about yesterday.. that was just a nightmare... you have a bright future Shar... You'll be married...and have little babies who drive you crazy...and then you'll grow old... with someone who loves you a lot...
Sh: yeah.. with you...
Sw: sharon... I want you to know that...whatever happens..I'll always be with you... I'll be watching you over and will let nothing happen to you...I will always protect you... But I want you to let go of me... of all my memories...
Sh: what?? why?? quit kidding Swayam...Swa...
She looked around ...there was no one in the room and she was in no condition to get up and look... suddenly her eyes fell on a newspaper nearby... she reached out and took it..
- This is what she read -
A motorcycle crashed into a building because of a break failure. Two people were on the motorcycle but only one survived.
The truth was that halfway down the road, Swayam realized that his breaks broke but he didn't want to let Sharon know. Instead, he had her say she loved him, felt her hug one last time, and kissed her one last time , told her that he loves her and then had her wear his helmet so that she would live even though it meant he would die.. He wasn't kidding when he told her that she meant more that his life to him. This is what I call true love. Sacrifising one's self for the person who you love.
