They were no 3 position for two weeks because of Ahems confession, and romance between then, then suddenly the separation track and ahem being the suckish husband which caused the downfall of the TRP rate

Nadia, the number two position first week was because of Anitha's exit and sudden replacement of Gia, viewers want to see whether there was actually a replacement and how is new girl.

The Pregnancy promo also helped. Second week not so drop in TRP was because audience want to know whether Ahem remembers Holi.

Once the suspense is over, they gradually start leaving the show, and will continue to leave now since they are not yet connected with new Gopi.

CVs did a blunder here by moving story so fast without giving time to audience to connect with new girl.

Previously also if you have observed, when Gopi was facing death TRP reached 7 and started decreasing staedily from then on, even when the episodes were really good and actually were the best ones.. that is the trend.. once suspense is over, another twist is required to catch the eyeballs..

Now twists are not going to work much if audience has no connection iwth the main character of the show..that is what I feel

Yes, The situation can be salvaged by showing more romance between Gohem..

Sorry Vidishaa, I disagree.. the reason is majority audience of Saathiya are older generation and kids.. romance works only with us younger generation..

IPKKND has such type of audience.. I live in a ladie's hostel and nobody watches Saathiya there.. they make fun of us one or two for watching Lalala..

I am talking about general trend here... Young audience of Saathiya is very less in number.. that is why this forum has very less members compared to IPKKND or Geeth or Madhubhala..

its the quality of romance that matters. before just eyelocks were enough to shoot the trps to 8 but now even intimate scene are not working.

The cvs can present it in a nice way(if they want to do it )...older gen do appreciate romance but it has to be packed as 'baghban' movie style romance..Women belonging to old gen lap up romance within marriage and in a traditional setting...Kind of Sooraj Bharjatiya style.. .whether the cvs put in so much effort is doubtful though

i know that was what was happening with Gopi and Ahem.. only eye locks nothing else.. but it dont catch younger generation.. they love passion (Arnav-Khushi) and nokh-jokhs (Viraat- Manavi, Geet Maan) .. even Arshi have their share of nokh-jokhs..

And loud romance at this point of time to attract younger gen... no way.. they can't go for major character changes now.. remember Kokilaben Modi disapproves any kind of romance inside house... don't expect it under her reign in MM... and if they change Koki's character now... do I have to say further???

I would have to agree. SNS audience are not exactly romance seekers. They want the drama of saas/bahu. They want the rhona dhona of the new bride. They want the wicked sister and evil step-mother routine.

Basically SNS viewers are sadists 😆

Let us see what happens...we can't predict what is in the mind of SP and PH..if they want SNS to survive then can come up with twists and masterstrokes,but if they plan to axe SNS then they will come up with an even more nonsensical plot...

we did not get any romance bet gohem ..instead we had angry Ahem...I feel CVs are just trying out different nuances to the relationship...

i am dying to see romance ...if Koki does not allow...let it be chup chupke...ahemji' sback hug was so beautiful...i can not wait for more such moments..
