I think just like when Koki's mom had come Ahem and Gopi were forced to stay together for pretence same thing will happen now also...since the guest room will have to be given to Jigna Gopi and Ahem will again have to stay together.

Possible. But unlikely. Remember Gopi is preggies now and they are treating her like a delicate flower. So Koki will just say that Gopi sleeps with her so she can keep an eye on her.
