He will come back but Anandi will throw him out like a piece of trash he is

When j 1st cms to jaitsar with g anandi tells him to not repeat the same thing to gauri wat u did 2 me. When J wil come she wil remind him d same n wil reunite jagya n gauri.

I have a feeling that he will come back to Anandi but Anandi will refuse to accept him. Not because of how much he hurt her though. I think she'll say no because he's already made a commitment to Gauri, and she can't take away someone else's (fake) husband.
