After being scared stiff by the news that Kunal is suffering from cancer; I actually liked todays episode.. Kunal did a fairly good job as a lawyer raising several relevant points. Thankfully he does not appear to be on any self sacrificing path. The fact that the case swung to Thakral's favour was due to a dead man helping him. I also liked how they showed the witness turning hostile.. When thakral pressurized him and started accusing him of having killed rohit; it was almost a natural reaction for him to try and escape and blame kunal instead.

Lets take the show one day at atime and stop bothering ourselves with articles and news segments describing the future tracks. 😊

today Kunal fought the case like a professional criminal lawyer in a very intelligent and sensible manner...bt wat the hell went wrong with him when the security guard confessed that kunal had pushed rohit...kunal should hav raised a point as to hw can he push rohit when he was driving...he cannot do both the things at the same time.

I dont think thats going to be a major issue. in the precap thakral says something like Kunal ne rohit ko kuchal dia. So i guess he is trying to prove that Kunal pushed him off and then ran over with his car, Plus lets appreciate that in the first half he was quite good 👏

I agree Kunal actually raised valid point as any good criminal attorney. He objected at point when it was necessary instated of giving threat to Thakral like later time.

About driving car, I too think it'll be argued first Kunal pushed Rohit and later crushed it as it would take body few Minutes to go down the hill.
Here Thakral didn't appear smart because Kunal was dumb bit actually it seemed 2 good lawyers. Let's hope it continue

I agree. Today we had two good lawyers battle it out. Its also awesome that Samir and Abhay ji have the screen presence to pull off such court scenes. Keerti, while she has definitely improved in other areas, lacks the scene presence to pull off a court scene..

Kudos to Sameer and Abhay ji. 👏

hi

yet to watch the episode, but from your comments seems the episode was better than expected and the cancer thing if at all is true hasnt come out yet

so even if they show the twist it will come in later on, right now kunal fighting the case well and doesnt seem like he is trapping himself to go to jail?

Yes I agree Kunal did a good job today. But I think there was no need to call the witness . Instead he should have waited what was thakral's next step and at last call the witness if needed at all for the days's hearing .

About calling the witness, well Thakral was pounding on the fact that Kunal confessed to accident. Yes he did and even though it's just an accident; there are few consequences. Since Kunal himself confessed, he needed to raise reasonable doubt that what he supposedly hit may not have been alive Rohit. So to give some force to that doubt he has to provide some form of evidence or witness. Otherwise Thakral and Kunal would just keep arguing as it was murder or accident😆

I hope my answer is good enough and not just way out there
