Archana's Reaction

Did you like the way Archana reacted to Purvi's truth? Even though the scenes were intense and the acting was good, I was disappointed. Archana shouldn't have slapped Purvi and at least listened to her side of the story. I believe Purvi is innocent for falling in love with Arjun, afterall she didn't know about Arjun's commitment to Ovi and he didn't tell her. Purvi has received the short end of the stick. I would like to know your opinions about this scene.

i think she should have given her a chance to speak

She hid everything related to Manav from Purvi. To start with she never showed Purvi a photo of Manav (but showed her a photo of Savita), then she hid the fact that the senior owner of the company was Manav. Then she hid the fact that Teju was her daughter and finally she also hid the part about The surprise engagement party. She told her mom about it but kept it a secret from Purvi. So that was the part I did not get.

I totally agree with your point! Archana did hide many things from Purvi. That is one of the reasons why I didn't like the dialogue. I wished Purvi pressed her point more and defended herself strongly.

But how was Purvi going to press her point, Archana just went on landing slap upon slaps each time she tried to open her mouth. Archana is too hyserical for my liking.

Archaana hided that Tej was her daughter and she found abt it on the egagement bez of that she was v hurt on that day that her Aai hided abt Tej...and abt Manav als she found abt herself nt that archanaa told

purvi also to blamed for hiding the truth. She has plenty of time since Arjun-Ovi engagement to tell the truth to her mother..but she stay quiet.
She even pretend doesn't know anything when archana asked her about Arjun has someone else.

So she deserved the slaps.

I'm sure Archana asked purvi 'Where have you been?' when Purvi came back from meeting Arjun...isn't that a chance to speak. It was purvi's choice to lie.

Yes, that was a time Purvi could have told the truth, but she was trying to go away from her relationship to Arjun. When Archana started talking about finding out their relationship inbetween the slaps I wished Purvi did more to defend herself. Now Archana is making Purvi pick her or Arjun. Purvi's position is really sad right now. It's like Archana is asking her pay back all the years she took Purvi under her care by trying to make Purvi pick a side (especially Archana's).
