I also want the high court to release K because of insufficient evidence, but I don't know if they will they may declare it a mistrial and order a new trial but in the meantime grant K bail. If there is a new trial it won't last long by the end of ME the case will be solved or close to it.

Another possible scenario is that P and the Kashual will go to the high court with the following evidence :

1. phone

2. the possible murder weapon( looks like from the promo) used, maybe they found the
last bit that didn't get burnt. What I found strange when T was burning the key chain that all the loops where normal wouldn't they have been stretched so much that there was no way that they would go back to there normal state. So maybe T burnt somebody else's key chain and the murder weapon is still out there (i know a long shot), but from the time that T threw out the chain and then when he went to look for it a few days had passed wouldn't the trash have been picked up before then.
3. they find out that T bribed the doctor, maybe he was selling the jewelry and someone saw him and he then reveals that T bribed him to change the blood report.

4. Scars on T hands from when he strangled Adarsh.

That way it shows that the evidence impicates T and the court will release K and have T charged with the murder.

By the end of the ME K will be proven innocent and released, they will probably end the episode with the announcement of K being acquitted.

I really don't want Kriya to forgive the Saxes right away, though I do think that Kriya will forgive Komal and am looking forward to an emotional scene between sister and brother as well as an emotional scene between son and father, as well as father and daughter.

Unfortunately I don't think we are going to see a treatment and a baby track so soon.

My predictions are Prats finding out the truth about tamtam and Krish out... Saxes realising their mistake... ASY-Krish's face off... and most importantly want KriYa baby track which has been now for sometime put on the backburner
