😛Today's rainbow of reactions ……… in no particular order. Tainted tests thrown out, Tam trapped into taking blood test, Prats testy about KN's bribery to Tam, Dadi stumbles on to the truth of Terminator Tam but is twisted away from it by Mrs. Tam. Tricky Tam promises to take control of Sax household in place of Adarsh. Precap: Komal adminsters "Takur Test" on K.
Abhi is confused when Prats stops the judge in his tracks before he crossed the finish line and said the "G" word. This judge is so accommodating he lets everyone who wants to speak have their say.😛 Prats passes him one note at a time (there were just two sheets, can't he read it all at once????) Judgewa (has he ever been announced by name to those present in court when he approaches the bench?) reprimands the lab and forensic team (aka policewas) for carelessness and filing faulty report.
Abhi is mighty disappointed and leans back in his chair in resignation. His reaction to the judge's orders to repeat the test was simply "darn it, not again!" 😆 To Abhi it must seem like cool cat K has nine lives. Strange prosecutor this Abhi, he presents one piece of evidence at a time and sees if it will stick to K, asks for K to be given the toughest sentence each time and has so far been denied again and again. But he still keeps chugging away, anything to get a conviction on K. But that's not going to happen, not as long as PBJ is around the corner to burn his ears.😆
At exactly 2:58 in the video Arusia makes a face (can anyone give it a name?) while Shamu looks like "how could that be/what's going on here?" She's sure doesn't look pleased with the blood report findings favoring jiju.
Kaushal declares K can't the killer for it isn't K's blood on Adarsh's shirt. The capable and able Abhi rushes to reject the possibility…. Once again he expressed a slightly modified "K is the killer" speech but in essence his argument has been the same from day one. Since when does a prosecutor get to piece-meal the evidence as if he's sitting at a card table playing a game of "bluff".😳
And this rather low-keyed judgewa seems to be fine with it. Shouldn't he give his verdict after weighing ALL the evidence in the case? The prosecutor has the right to present or withhold evidence as he deems relevant but once the closing statements have been made, the judge then weighs it in its totality and comes to a decision. Looks like Adarshs' murder trial is taking place in a kangaroo court.😆
What's the role of the female vakeel and the older one facing the judge in the court? Are they taking notes for the judge? Are they co-counsels for the lead lawyers? A couple of the audience members in court were nodding at the person next to them in agreement when Kaushal requested Tam's blood be tested.
When judge agrees to Kaushal's request upon Prat's "bright bulb" idea there is reaction from almost everyone in the room. Would it not be the natural thing for spectators to glance at Tam's reaction when judge says his blood is to be tested as well? Prats watches him as does K looking straight at him but none of the others did, not even his Mrs. No concerns for Arusia about Tam in court eh? Had she or Shamu seen him they would have seen an uncomfortable sneaky rat thinking of a way to weasel himself out of the trap he built.
Abhi brought forth the truth that KN bribed Tam but Kaushal cast doubt on it for lack of evidence and the judge trashed the idea. That's one point in K's favor after a series of let downs. Judgewa warned if Tam was hurt KN would be blamed and it would adversely affect K's verdict. (E kounsa logic hai bhai?😲) So if Tam is the killer can it be deduced that Arusia put him up to it?😛
Abhi wanted protection for Tam (who's paying for this shadowing of Tam? The taxpayers of Allahabad district? Terminator Tam will have someone shadowing him, so his sneaky set ups have had their last run.👍🏼
Va re va Arusia! Your logic is outstanding!😛 Tam is not to be doubted bec' he turned down a chunk of change he's only seen in his dreams😕. This coming from the person who knows this miserly and money-hungry man she's been married to? Did she forget how he got Shamu to sign away the house in her name overlooking Komal and Adarsh's rights not to mention Prats/Krishna (though they may not want or ask for it?) Did she forget Tam's tirades against Komal and Adarsh and their everyday spats? Her day of reckoning to the truth that she's attracted to the cheaters and murderers is almost upon her, how is she going to justify her defense of him that day?🤔
Looks like Bholenaath finally spoke to Dadi today. She is the first Sax to doubt Tam could be the killer and she wasn't even in the courtroom.👏 Mrs. Tam comes to Tam's defense that he turned down a cartload of cash. Seriously!Arusia? K put KN up to it to pay off Tam to flip his testimony? Why would KN do such a thing to Tam? Holy Mackeral! Is she for real?😲 Has she forgotten she was married to KN? Has she forgotten she's married to a mercenary mard? She still doesn't know he's the one who told Tam tales about her that exposed the real face of Tam to her. She's as nutty as her man these days.
What about perjury😕? Tam is still at it playing mind games with Shamu, Dadi and Arusia and egging Abhi on. There's not an ounce of repentance or regret for killing Adarsh leaving Komal to raise Chinkiya on her own. He's just plain narcissistic psychopathic killer. He is insane and a threat to society. No telling who he'd kill next.
Arusia could be next on his hit list while she sleeps next to him. How trusting would she be then of the man who has exposed his real face to her time and again and yet she sweeps it all under the rug bec' he turned down a cartload of cash one time? How about considering he did it to save his skin, if K is acquitted the finger will point directly at him? 🤔
Now that Komal has a gun will she turn it on Tam when he's found guilty of killing Adarsh? In the precap is Komal giving the "Takur test" and realizes K is innocent? Will Komal blow Tam up to avenge Adarsh's death in the courtroom?😔
Shamu now justifies that everyone is acting out of grief and "pareshaan". He says he trusts Tam but has the blood test results planted a seed of doubt in Professor's brains? Maybe!😕 This opens the door for Papa-gudiya reconciliation and forgiveness.
Tam promises with Adarsh now gone he'll take charge of the family. Really👎🏼? What did he think Shamu was doing there….being a Gandhiji look alike and just chilling? Let's hope Arusia and Shamu replay Tam's words every time he conned them when he's finally exposed. How self-righteous would they be in condemning K of a crime without proof?
Just to show a Kriya moment, POPS came up with a patch-up scene. The cell looks more like a ticket counter at a train station than a prison cell.😆
Tam is a psychopath and a narcissistic one at that. If he's to serve a lifetime sentence, they should throw away the key and never look back.🤓
What say you?🤗
