Earlier it was reported that in "Kairi" on Colors, Preeti Chaudhari, who plays the role of Ambi stood against Hema Singh, who plays the role of Imarti Devi. Abhinav Kohli, who plays the role of Prakash was also invited home on the birthday of Imarti.

However, latest updates are that creative heads are taking efforts to develop an interesting track. Herein, Ambi's acts will have to be tolerated by Imarti. Viewers have already seen that Imarti doesn't allow Dipti Dhyani, who plays the role of Kusum, talk to Prakash. In the past, when Kusum made a blunder of conversing with Prakash, Imarti forced her to eat chilli powder.
