evn i had d same question in my mind yesterday!! b4 leaving 4 london he usd 2 hate her...den hw cme so suddenly he startd 2 express his feelings 2 her!! actually aftr barun cmes bck 4 full time in d sets cvs should show dat part of hw aftr kidnapping n all arnav startd 2 realise hw deeply he feels 4 khushi...v wana c his side of feelings 2!!

i think it's only because he knows everything..but u know that can't be the reason in one sense 'cuz i thought the moment wen he will come across the BIGGEST MU OF ALL OUR LIVES..that time would be epic and they will show this moment as how does he come to know and his million dollar reaction too..but that also dosent happen.! so don't know..but one advice , or now just relax and njoy arshi scene wenever cv's will plan to show that they will.! 😊

We normally realize the value of the people we love and the love we feel when we're separated from them. Arnav has realized the intensity of his love for Khushi only when he had to stay away from her. He realizes that the intensity of his love is far stronger than the intensity with which he TRIED to hate her. Which is why he claims then even though he tried hating her, his heart never let him do so.
